Upon arrival, guests will be warmly greeted by Roberto, the winery owner, who will provide insights into agronomic practices, including microbiological cultivation, to enhance understanding of wine quality. Following a tour of the winery with detailed wine explanations, guests can indulge in an aperitif featuring premium wines before settling at their reserved table. The menu offers three traditional Langhe appetizers, two farmer-inspired first courses, a classic main course with a side dish, and a chef-prepared dessert. The wines accompanying the dishes will be introduced by the producer, with an option to purchase in the cellar. The ambiance will be enchanting, with vineyard lights, and the kitchen can accommodate vegetarian preferences or children’s menus. This is an ideal culinary and wine experience for couples, friends, or special occasions like birthdays and hen parties.
