Do you want some peace? This is the perfect location - On Friday we went on a tour and tasting at Podere Montale, Tommaso, a young and well-prepared boy, welcomed us and showed us around a part of their property where they grow vines and olive trees with breathtaking views, after which he took us to their cellar where they transform olives and grapes into excellent wines and oil. Before moving on to the tasting, he took us on a further tour of the cellar where they keep the wine to mature in steel and oak barrels. The tasting was also very interesting because Tommaso with his patience explained to us very well the three various types of wine, the platter of cold cuts and cheeses and finally the oil with the fantastic focaccia also produced by them. Excellent experience for those who want to spend a day in total relaxation and enjoy excellent quality local products.
