Relaxing and fun - Giulio was such a pleasure to meet. She was very informative and thorough in her explanation of preparing and making the dishes we created. She kept it simple and fun. My two sisters and I really enjoyed the whole experience. She made us feel more like family just visiting and cooking together. We definitely enjoyed the whole experience. And cannot wait to make these things at home.

One of our favorite nights in Italy! - We were really looking forward to this event and it did not disappoint! Our family had the best time learning to make pasta and tiramisu. Barbara and Sabastian were so much fun. We learned and laughed so much…and then ate the best pasta of our entire week in Italy. We highly recommend booking this. Our family made so many memories during our class!

Fantastic and delicious cooking class - This was a fantastic experience! It felt intimate (just us and the host couple). Giulia and Alessandro were friendly and welcoming. She is an excellent cook and teacher! We loved learning how to make these classic dishes and then sharing them in a lunch and talking about this beautiful area. She messaged us the recipe so we can make at home.

Delish! - Be sure to arrive HUNGRY because you will be eating so many delicious courses. The hike up to Barbara’s house worked up my appetite and even then I still got full by the end. Barbara and her husband were so sweet and welcoming and their home (Along with their two adorable dogs) was just the perfect backdrop. They grow their own tomatoes and veggies so it truly is a unique and true Italian culinary experience

Food for thought and heart filled goodness - Barbara and Stefano are just the best of folks and anyone looking to learn a tip or two, or to grow their cooking knowledge about the regional cuisine will be better for this experience. We will always remember this time as both fun and educational. Thank you for your love and light and deliciousness! Mahalo nui!

Best experience of my life! - If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This was hands down the best experience of my life! Barbara and Stefano have the most adorable dynamic (and the two sweetest dogs!), and they treat you like family during this class. It really felt like I was in my aunt’s kitchen learning how to make pasta and tiramisu. We had so much fun and laughed so much. Barbara gave us several options of pasta and sauces to make, and Stefano made us the best bruschetta I’ve ever had. Not only is Barbara an incredible teacher, but she makes the experience so fun and unforgettable! She even called us a taxi back to our hotel after we ate dinner. Literally can’t say enough good things about this class. If you do one thing in Riomaggiore, it should be this class!

Great pasta, no sea view - The pasta was great in the end, just like the tiramisu. The area was unfortunately not as shown in the pictures, but it was inside an apartment. We actually got to make the pasta ourselves, the tiramisu was actually made by Giulia herself and we watched. Giulia herself was very professional and very kind. So it was a nice workshop by the knowledge of Giulia, highly recommended but good to know that the place is not necessarily outside in the garden with a sea view.
