- Tili 21 - we will stop before to the balsamic vinegar building where they will see the famous “caratelli”, then we will proceed in the vineyards to show and explain the organic farming against convetional one. After we will do a little walk in the middle of century old olive groves before to go to the winery.
- Tili Vini Societa Agricola - Then we will go to the winery where they will see all the chain of production from pressing machine to bottling machine and we will explain the real organic winemaking. Following they will have a guided tasting of 5 organic wines, extra virgin olive oil and our balsamic vinegar paired with bruschette, a selection of local cheeses and salami and homemade biscotti

Join us in this uncomplicated adventure where we look after everything, from your pick-up to your drop-off! Experience local organic products such as Organic Balsamic Vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Organic Wines amidst the pristine backdrop of Assisi’s countryside. Our itinerary includes a tour of vineyards and olive groves, a visit to a balsamic vinegar aging facility, and a winery where you’ll learn the distinct differences between organic and conventional farming. Following these visits, you will be part of a guided tasting session involving balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and five different organic wines. These tasting sessions are accompanied by hot bruschette with organic olive oil, a variety of cheeses and salami, and homemade biscotti, all taking place with an astonishing view of the Assisi valley.

Excellent wine, food and guide - Picked up by Giulia at the Porto Nuovo and taken first to the winery for an interesting tour and introduction to the family.
We then backtracked to Tili's fantastic tasting centre which has a enviable outlook over the valley.
We had 5 wines along with some very tasty snacks, several were varieties we hadn't tried before.
Finally had some incredible balsamic vinegar, just tiny amounts transforming the accompanying food.
Altogether a wonderful tour with Giulia being an excellent host.

An amazing experience! - This was one of our favorite activities during our trip to Italy- from the moment Giulia picked us up, we were treated like family. She gave a great tour of the wine-making facilities, then brought us to the tasting room with the most STUNNING views. The wine and food pairings were excellent and both Giulia and Maria were so welcoming and friendly. We had a fantastic experience & highly recommend this to anyone in the area!

The beautiful and peaceful, Assisi! - We really enjoyed Anna and the equipment visual. Learned a wealth of information related to processes of organic olive oil, balsamic vinegar and wine. Tried 6 types of wine. Enjoyed all. Impossible not to send at least one of each back to the states. V & B from Dallas TX and Scottsdale AZ.

Exceeded expectations - Wonderful Tour. Our guide, Giulia, was knowledgeable , warm and a great host for showing us around and explaining various aspects of wine making and olive oil production at this winery. Afterward we had a very fine tasting of wines from the vineyard paired w/ delicious buschetta. The whole event exceeded our expectations.

The best wine tasting program in Umbria - If you are in Italy and you would like to experrience a local winery and hospitality of a fantastic family, you must visit the Tili winery.

Incredible experience - This experience was the highlight of my trip to Italy! We had so much fun sampling their incredible wine. I would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Italy. I only hope I can get their wine in the states!

A must visit! - A wonderful experience and a terrific way to spend part of our day. Our guide, Gaia, was very knowledgeable and took her time in explaining and answering various questions about all aspects of wine, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil production. The wine, vinegar and oil tasting along with various meats, cheeses and bruschetta was very good. The day visited; it was just the two of us and Gaia picked us up in her little Fiat in Assisi to bring us to the winery. We enjoyed our tasting overlooking the Umbrian countryside while sitting in a clear dome which protected us from the wind but allowed us to still be outdoors…it’ll be perfect for those who visit when the weather cooler or raining. So much passion for the work that is done on this family farm. Everything was excellent. We ordered a case (mixed wine/oil/vinegar) to be delivered back to the US and we are looking forward to receiving it. You will leave happy that you came!

Tili Vini has great views, food, and wine! - The views from the patio of the valley below were amazing! The family service was so friendly and nice, we had a great meal, great wine, and a lot of laughs during our visit!
I highly recommend Tili Vini for a visit, and to sample all of their wonderful wine!
