Tili Vini Societa Agricola - the travels will enjoy a guided tour of the winery with following a winetasting of 5 organic wines paired with bruschette, a selection of cold cuts and cheeses and “umbrian biscotti” tozzetti . For the children we offer also soft drinks and/or juices and chips.

Additional Information

Prepare yourself for an incredible journey into the realm of organic wine: you’ll be touring one of the oldest organic wineries, accompanied by a Tili Family representative who will lead you through the process of creating exceptional organic wine. Once done, enjoy a guided tasting session where you’ll experience 5 unique organic wines from Assisi DOC and Umbria IGT. These wines will be harmoniously paired with warm bruschette drizzled with organic extra virgin olive oil, an array of cheeses and salamis served with jellies, and local biscotti with sweet wine. To conclude the tour, you will be presented with a certificate of Apprentice Winemaker!

If required, we do offer a set-priced pick-up service from the city centre of Assisi or Spello or the Assisi train station.

Passion is what makes the difference between just doing and excelling - Being winemaker for a day at Tili Vini is all about passion. Passion for the region, passion for the art of wine making, passion for regional food and passion for their guests. Arriving almost 15 minutes late because i didn't read the instructions 100%, we where welcomed at the winery with open arms. From the start of the tour their knowledge and competence shines trough. The tour of the winery followed by the tasting is worth every penny. Everyone at Tili is warm at heart and they go out of their way to make sure you have an excellent experience. At the end of our tasting i asked if we could buy some of the truffels they had "hunted" with their dog that morning. And even on that out of the blue question they acted with the most pleasant response. Yes, we will be back at Tili Vini soon.

Great! - Nice experience at this vineyard. Small scale and organic, nice to hear how they work. Wine tasting was top notch. Homemade dishes were served with it. Afterwards you could walk through the vineyard yourself and see the olive trees.

Amazing Wine Tour! - This wine tour was wonderful!! Our guide, Annalaura, gave us a very detailed and informative tour of the winery and their process. The food and wine tasting was incredible!! They provided us with delicious bruschettas and wines! From beginning to end, this tour was amazing and we would highly recommend it!!

Incredible Wine Tour! - This tour was amazing! Annalaura gave us an incredibly detailed and educational tour of the winery and winemaking process. She answered all our questions and showed us every aspect of the process. The wine and food tasting was exceptional!! They provided us with delicious appetizers and wine pairings. My kids even got to pet and play with the family dog! It was one of the best tours we had in Italy and would highly recommend it!!

Great tour and tasting - When we arrived, we were greeted by Julia who took us on a tour of the winery which is down the road about 1 km. She explained everything ti us and answered any questions that we had. We found it interesting. Then we went back for the tasting. Julia brought us snacks and wine, explaining everything about the types of grapes and what pairs best with each wine. It was so relaxing and pleasant and we had great views. Julia was friendly and knowledgeable and clearly understood the passion that the family had for winemaking.

perfect. - Tasting with visit to the winery... Simply perfect, we visited a winery run in a super professional way, the visit is worth... Great products, spectacular views and wine I would say amazing... I recommend it because it is very difficult to find a winery that offers quality products and qualified people at high levels, who explain everything from A to Z... great prices if you want to take home a memory as we did.

An organic family business with so much passion deserves nothing but praise!!! - A perfect excursion! Everything added to the atmosphere. From the weather to the quality of the products, the beautiful view over the vineyard and the friendly and enthusiastic explanation about the wines. We were with our family of four people and booked directly through the website of Tili. In Italy there are different rules for drinking and young people (from 14 years). We have arranged a taxi through our hotel. The weather was beautiful. The bruschetta went well with the wines. Just like the cheese and sausage. There was plenty of time to ask questions. The olive oil is delicious. You can taste the passion! An organic family business with so much passion deserves nothing but praise!!!

Wine ,amazing food !, good company and experience - Lovely experience with knowledgeable guide. The winery has beautiful views so perfect for a relaxing afternoon or evening.Food was excellent best brushetta we have had so far ! Wines are interesting and different we bought 3 to take home. Excellence x2 - We went to TILI winery last week with family. We enjoyed the wine so much, I ordered quite a bit to be sent home. Then a second set of family visited and so we went to TILI a second time. The wine, the snacks, the view, the experience is awesome.
