Fun Evening! - We had a group of eight to enjoy the evening together with our hostess and interpreter. The ages ranged from 80 to 21 and we had primary speakers of 3 different languages. We were made to feel very welcome in Luisa's home. We made an appetizer, pasta, and a dessert. There was plenty of time and room and we didn't feel at all rushed. We received very clear instructions - both in person and to take home. What we made was supplemented with bread, sausage, wines, and homemade flavored grappas. Everything was delicious and easy enough that we should be able to replicate it at home. The only improvements I could suggest would be to give a little bit better instructions on finding the home because the street number cannot be seen from the street. And when we searched, we were told it was in a different town than it was in. We also indicated that we needed to walk to the place from our hotel which, of course, wasn't possible. To be fair, we could have cancelled once we found out where it was. However, I'm glad we didn't and that we made the extra effort to go to Luisa's and enjoy the time with her and cook together!
