Professional and excellent service. VIP treatment - Very professional and great customer service. Made me feel like a VIP client. Arrived on time and got us to the airport with lots of time to spare!

No stress airport express - If you are trying to catch a plane from Ravenna to Marco Polo Airport and don't want to stress out, this is the service that will get you there in time. We had a 7:00AM pick up time. We were off the ship at 6:20 and the van picked us up at 6:50. We left before any of the ship buses left. The driver was courteous and professional. We didn't need any breaks, so the driver drove straight to the airport and we were there in 2 hours. The pick up spot is next to the taxi pick up area. There are a lot of mosquitos in the pick up area, so make sure to put on repellant. There were 2 porta potties near the pick up spot.

Professional service - Arrived early and got us to airport on time and safely. Couldn’t have picked a better service. Fantastic driver!!

Transfer - Driver was waiting at the port exit at 6:45 am when we got off the ship. Got us to Marco Polo airport in great time.

The driver helped carry... - The driver helped carry our baggage into the airport and took us to the check in desk for American Airlines. Very helpful since we did not know our way around the airport.

Relaxing trip back to the Venice airport - After our cruise, we had to hurry back to the Venice airport for a mid day flight so we were so relieved when we got off the boat and saw our driver waiting for us. He had a sign with our name and was exactly where he said he'd be. We had a nice, spacious, private van with plenty of space for our luggage and got on the road right away. We made it to the Venice airport with plenty of time to spare. We will definitely use them again.

Big disappointment and poor Standard - Please read before booking your cruise on Morrella explorer. There was no fridge in our inside cabin, never had this on any of the 16+ cruises, paid less and had more facilities for my cruise fare on all of them. The food was barely warm. If you wanted room service you were charged per item all other cruises include this in the cost of your cruise fare. There was no seating available in any of the entertainment rooms in the evening, too many people not enough seating provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were charged £1.00 per person to have our departure luggage ticket put under our cabin door and all shuttle buses cost £6.00 per person, as mentioned previously on other cruises this was included in the price of your cruise fare. The bathroom cupboards were dropping to bits. The beds were of a very poor Standard they were very low and if you leaned on them before sitting it would hurt your knees they were that hard, we asked for a mattress topper but this made no change to any comfort. The pillows were seriously the size of a cushion I couldn't believe what I saw on entering the cabin. I have put this review on so people can get some insight into what this low budget cruise offers for your money, we took my mum who paid £1900.00 for a single premium room only to stay in such discomfort. We had a meal in SURF and turf which was hot and enjoyable, the only hot meal within the week.
