- Stintino - 9:00 a.m.: Gather at the Tanca Manna pier in Stintino. 9:30 a.m.: Embark on the motorboat Ausonia.
9:50 a.m.: Reach the island of Asinara at the Fornelli pier, where a refreshment point and restroom are available. -
Parco nazionale dell`Asinara - The adventure continues with an exploration of the Park.
Traveling by minivan, the journey passes near the Fornelli Prison (closed to the public), the Asinara castle known as Castellaccio, and Cala Sant’Andrea, located in zone A (restricted both by land and sea).
The next stop is Cala di Mackerel, a perfect spot to admire the rocks, a chosen nesting site for various species of water and sea birds.
In Cala Reale, another stop is made at Campo Perdu, a former prison branch, now home to a riding school for horses, goats, and the renowned white and gray donkeys.
If possible, a visit to the Sea Turtle Recovery Center, managed by Association C.R.A.M.A., will be included.
Stop at the quaint village of Cala d’Oliva, with a tour of the Central Branch and the museum.
The final stop is Cala Sabina for approximately an hour and a half, offering opportunities to relax, swim, and snorkel. (Remember to bring a mask and snorkel!)
- Stintino - Return to the Fornelli pier is scheduled for around 16:15, to board the Motorship Ausonia departing at 16:30. Arrival at the port of Stintino is expected at approximately 17:00.
