BEAUTIFUL VIEWS AND DELICIOUS FOOD. - I cannot recommend this cooking class enough. Wonderful chef and teacher with an outstanding venue overlooking a beautiful vineyard. The food was delicious and fun to make. The wine was amazing and Alessandra kept us entertained and taught us so much. This experience was my favorite of all the things I did over 10 days in Tuscany. Book this trip — a memory of a lifetime!

The best cooking class in Italy - Wow! What an incredible day. Alexandra was just amazing. She was so knowledgable about her cooking and wines. She taught us so much that we will all be practising at home! From the Al’dente pasta dish to the tender meat dish to the best tiramisu dish, every dish was 10/10. Alexandra’s mother, Michele was a delight, so lovely and helpful. I’ve been to many cooking classes in Italy and this was by far the best, the scenery, people and food was just dreamy. Thankyou so much guys!!

Fabulous experience - This class was exactly what I was hoping for! The grounds, building and area where we ate, were exceptional. Our instructor was adorable and made the experience so fun and informative. Of our 2 plus week trip to Italy, this was definitely a highlight! We made 4 dishes and then ate each course with a glass of really good wine.

A delicious Tuscan experience - Chef Alexandra was a good phenomenal instructor. It was our first cooking class, and she was very informative, patient, and knowledgeable about cooking. We made 4 dishes, that all came out so delicious. The view was unbelievable and the brunello wine was an added bonus. We started with a tour of the winery as well. I highly recommend this class and look forward to making these dishes again at home.

A MUST - This was an absolutely amazing experience. We are traveling in a group of six married couples celebrating our 40th birthdays. The castle is a quiet dream originally constructed in the 1200s a top a hill overlooking the Tuscan hills and vineyard. You can see Montalcino a few miles away on its hilltop as well. The cooking class is in a small rustic building with gorgeous windows overlooking the winery. A mom and daughter team led our cooking class, starting with tiramasu, beef and pasta, while being served Persecco. We had lunch outside on a terrace where we were served their delicious wine. This has been the highlight of our two week holiday in Italy so far. After the lunch, we had our driver take us to the quiet village of Montalcino.

A highlight of our time in Tuscany - The location (Castello Tricerchi) is easy to find, about 15 min. north of Montalcino on the main road to Siena. First we were shown the wine cellar and given some information on the crafting of Brunello wine, which is made only in the Montalcino area. There is a small outbuilding on the grounds which has been made into a modern, clean, kitchen/cooking area. It looks just like the picture - you prepare the meal looking out through the picture window onto the beautiful valley. There were only 5 of us that day: 3 in my family and another couple. Chef Giacomo was a lot of fun! We began with some Prosecco, and he kept it flowing throughout the class. His instructions are clear (he speaks excellent English), and he is very patient. We made pasta, a meat ragu sauce, a beef/wine dish, and tiramisu. Then Giacomo finished the cooking and we ate our creations on the outside terrace attached to the building, with that same beautiful view. Along with lunch, we tasted 3 of the red wines that are produced here at Castello Tricerchi. My favorite was the Brunello and, yes, I had some shipped home! My family agreed that it was a highlight of our time in Tuscany.
