• Via Madonna della Querce, 6/A - Walk through the vineyard and olive grove, visit to the Cinta Senese pig farm (an ancient breed from the Siena area characterized by a black coat with a white “girdle”), interaction with the pigs that live in the semi state wildo, visit to our small cellar, tasting of platters, lunch or dinner with our Cinta Senese breed pork cured meats and Pienza pecorino cheese, if the season permits also fruit and vegetables picked from our garden.

Roberto familiarizes himself with each of his pigs; they live in a nearly wild environment, nourished on an expertly curated diet of grains grown in the Tuscan countryside. The journey is as country-like as it is memorable; after strolling through the vineyards and olive fields, you’ll get a chance to interact with ‘Ciro’, the domestic pig, and mingle with his whole troop of Cinta Senese pigs playing in the mud. Once you’ve met these furball friends (and perhaps snapped a couple of selfies), you’ll proceed to a dining pleasure with locally sourced meals.
