- Guardastelle - Participate in a hands-on cooking class where you’ll learn to make pasta dough for tagliatelle, homemade ragù, chicken cacciatore, and chocolate lava cake. Enjoy a couple of glasses of our estate-produced wines with your meal. Each participant will receive an apron and recipes to take home.

During this hands-on lesson, we will share some traditional recipes that have been passed down in our families. We will prepare and enjoy antipasti with a variety of bruschette and cheeses, meat ragù, handmade pasta like tagliatelle, and desserts.
Our lunch cooking class starts at 10 am on Tuesdays and Fridays, while the dinner cooking class begins at 5 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Each class lasts approximately 4 and a half hours.
