We will take you on a walk through the terraced olive groves of the XVII century, whose dry stone walls are under the protection of Unesco, which has included them in its list of intangible cultural heritage from 2018.

Immersed in nature, you will learn about the history and secrets of Tuscan EVO oil while enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Sienese countryside. We will explain the traditional cultivation method used for generations in many parts of Tuscany.

Next, we will have a guided tasting of the extra virgin olive oil we produce. We will compare it with different types of oil, ranging from the most common to the most exclusive and fine.

The experience ends with a freshly prepared meal that features local ingredients, chosen carefully to enhance the unique qualities of Tuscan extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy your meal with a glass of local wine!

Taste and learn how to recognize high-quality oils, by comparing them. We will show you the tasting tools and the official procedure and you will be an oil sommelier for a day! You will also acquire the skills to distinguish a good oil from a less good one and learn to read labels, especially the misleading ones!

Enjoy a delicious meal in the company of both locals and fellow travellers. We prepare the meal with fresh local ingredients, including those produced on our farm: oil, vegetables, fruit, jams, chestnuts, eggs. We grow our produce in a sustainable way, without the use of pesticides and chemicals. For us, farming is synonymous with respect for the environment and protection of the land.
