Great wine and great views. - Good wine and great views. The host was great and gave some history to the wine and vineyards. It's the perfect tasting if you don't want the 6 hour+ tour. It's close to Siena and the views are amazing. We even bought some bottles to have shipped home. Can't wait til they get here. 2 thumbs up.

Wow Wow! What a great spot! - Wow Wow! My wife and i had made a reservation at another winery but they had a death in the family and understandbly cancelled on us.. so i searched and found Cantina San Giorgio a Lapi, and they took us in due to the circumstances at the last minute. Their vineyard is beautiful, sitting on their terrace looking out at their vines and family chapel was breathtaking.. and our host Alberto (one of the 5 brothers that are now running the family vineyard) was wonderful. And then there were the wines themselves! Molto Bene! ended up ordering some to have shipped home and Alberto took care of it all. Thanks so much!

Delicious wines and food!!!! Breathtaking views!!! - I highly recommend this wine tasting!!! Not only were the views breathtaking but our sommelier, Benedetto, was knowledgeable, charming and funny. The charcuterie boards were so delicious and of course, we had several bottles of the delicious Rosato and Chianti shipped home. I highly recommend this Tuscan experience!!!!

Stunning Wine Tasting in Tuscany - A beautiful family-run winery with scenic views of Tuscany! We took a short taxi ride from Siena. Our experience included tasting three unique wines of our choice from a provided list and enjoying a lovely charcuterie board. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and welcoming. I highly recommend the "Bandecca." I purchased a few bottles at the winery to bring home, but San Giorgio a Lapi also offers international shipping.

Charming - An absolute must with no hesitation. Such a Charming estate and spectacular scenery, especially the Chapel that stands alone in all it's marvelous glory ⛪ . A truly wonderful experience in all. From the moment you are greeted to the moment you leave . We are truly appreciative for such an unforgettable experience 🌿

Beautiful Views and Delicious Wines - We arrived a little early, and they sat us a table as quickly as they could. They were all very friendly and helpful. They explained their process for harvesting the grapes and making the wines as well as the details of each wine we were tasting. All of the wines we tasted were very good. As was the meat and cheese tray & bread they provided. I asked about their olive oil and they brought some out for us to try with the bread. They even called a taxi for us at the end so we could return to our hotel and are arranging for the wines we purchased to be shipped.

Red wine lover - I am giving this a 3 star because they provide 3 wines to taste, and only have 1 white. It would have been nice to know this ahead of booking. The staff are wonderful and the grounds look enchanting (that's a different tour).
If you are traveling from the city center or within the walls of Siena, it will be a $20 cab ride to get there (FYI)
