The vines in our vineyard have an average age of 30-50 years and are grown using the traditional “pergola veronese” or “filare speronato” (guyot) techniques.
All aspects of our wine production process are carried out within the bounds of our family-owned farm, Agricola Franchini. The value of tradition and pride stemming from the nurturing of our own vineyards is invaluable, hence every field task, from the trimming to natural fertilization, is undertaken by hand, displaying patience and reverence for the environment. Therefore, we prioritize these elements above all.
