Booked a trip to Madeira just to do this! - We had a fantastic time doing this “sport” for the first time. Andre and Marco made it fun and safe for everyone. They are excellent guides, who made us laugh but take this sport seriously. We are a family of 2 fit young adults and their middle-aged parents who are trying to stay young. I literally booked a trip to Madeira just to do this activity - so glad we all had a blast!

Such a fun activity! - Me and my 11 year old son did this activity together. It was our first time canyoning and it was so much fun! I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and I managed to complete all of the abseils and jumps!

Excellent Unique Experience - Our guides were so patient and helpful. They made sure everyone was safe and could keep up with the group while having a great time! This does require some light hiking so just keep that in mind when you are booking. This is a must do activity if you are visiting Madeira!

Daniel was an amazing... - Daniel was an amazing guide. I did not anticipate being as scared as I ended up being, and I completely lost it at the first waterfall. Daniel talked me through it and helped me all through this experience. By the end I felt confident and was enjoying something that seemed so terrifying when we started. Do yourself a favor and BOOK THIS—you won’t regret it!

Fun way to be physically active on vacation - The guides are professional and friendly, and made sure we had a good time. The 3-4 rappell/abseils were exciting and not too difficult. One of the jumps had to be done with care to not hit underwater rocks, but could be bypassed. The guides were clear about how to do it. The included equipment (incl canyoning boots) worked well. Great experience, would recommend.

Amazing experience - We had an amazing time canyoning through the landscape of Madeira! It was an experience we will not soon forget.

What an adventure!!! - A great trip and first experience of canyoning for all of us!! Pedro and Bernado did not disappoint, the were friendly, funny and very encouraging. It was something I'd definitely do again. Pedro collected us from our accommodation in great time and made us feel welcome. Thanks to a good team!

Abseiling in Madeira - This was the highlight of the holiday, everyone had a great time, you were very active and the instructors were very nice, they also have everything with them if something happens, it is not for people who cannot walk well, as you climbs a lot and must be able to walk well on slippery rocks, you get super good shoes that have a lot of grip so you don't slide away, you have different levels of difficulty Heid and we did level two as beginners and that is easy to do, you also get a competition that is comfortable and we were picked up at our hotel, this is certainly a top experience and a must do if you are in Madeira, we have them people to tip well for this amazing experience, we hope you enjoy it as much as you do. Do not book - To book, you have to enter your weight, height, and shoe size. I got picked up in my hotel in Funchal, brought all the way up north, to find out that they did not bring a suit my size. I’m 5’6 and 220 pounds but have about an average build. I just went surfing the day before and that company brought a wet suit that fits and ive never not been able to participate in activities because of my size. Shocking. Even the socks didn’t fit. To make matters worse, they didn’t bring me back to my hotel. They dropped me off at a random bar even further north for me to fend for myself. I had to wait almost two hours to finally be able to catch a taxi back home and spent 20 euros. Whole waste of my day and ruined the planning of my trip. The “manager” called me & was so rude - she needs a class on customer service. Her immediate response was to say it wasn’t their fault when it 1000% was and tried to fight me on a refund! Which i still haven’t received. Even told me to “calm down” when i was calm?! So bizarre and heinous to treat people like that
