11/10! - Had an extraordinary time with Terra Volcano pucon. From start to finish everything was well organized, taken care of and safe. The whole team always made sure you felt comfortable and answered any questions or concerns. The team did a fantastic job guiding us to the top of the volcano and had so much knowledge on not just Pucon but all of Chile. I cannot recommend this company enough!

If you want to live a unique experience, do not miss this opportunity - On my trip through Chile, I had Pucón marked and the idea was to climb the volcano.
When hiring the tour they give you all the necessary information and do not want you to leave there with any doubt.
They give you all the material, transportation, insurance, etc...
They're punctual when it comes to leaving.
When it comes to starting, they separate into groups and try to make them small.
I was fortunate that my guide was Sebastian, who along with a Dutch couple walked to the top.
Sebastian is a person who can be seen to like his work, but he likes nature (he lives it), he is very qualified in knowledge, explanations, following, concepts and also in historical data.
He's a listener and he's watching you go well and enjoy yourself.
The truth that thanks to Sebastian has been one of the best experiences of my life.
It’s not just climbing up to the volcano and seeing it, it’s feeling a gigantic emotion and then a sliding downhill (that I would have climbed back up just to throw myself back).
Thank you Sebastian

Excellent experience! - Excellent experience! A privilege to walk on the bra of RukaPillan, a powerful of our continent!
The guides super professional and careful! Guide Seba a great, total dedication to the group and experience, respectful and listening, notorious taste for your work! An example
Mandatory descent sliding down the volcano slides, which I didn’t know from the beginning when I chose to go up with Terra Volcano, but that Seba was totally willing to help me do it in total safety and even enjoy it! THANK YOU
High season climbing the volcano but the larger group split in two and that was FUNDAMENTAL to enjoy it more!
Many thanks to everyone and a hug from Uruguay

Awesome tour and guides! - Awesome trip to the Vulcano! Got the company recommended by a friend and it was so good! Did the tour in a small group, with good equipment and very cool guides, so climbing with Richard and Phillip was very nice. Can only recommend Terra Vulcano!

Recommended experience Villarrica - Great experience.
Very professional guides who took care of us and encouraged the whole climb.
We were able to enjoy the descent a lot, all by snow to the chair.
The group was small and the atmosphere very good.
Fully recommended

Professional - We received the indication from the agency Terra Volcano in the hotel, and it was definitely the best option, from the first visit with Richard who is the owner, then in the visit to the agency to formalize papers, the choice of all the material that is carefully ceded, and especially on the day of the Ascension, punctuality, guides extremely trained to the service, making the experience unique. In relation to the rise, it is not easy if you are not trained, with the use of the telepherics, which already free 2km and 200mts desnivel, the climb are 5km with desnivel 1.500mts desnivel, are 5 hours rising step by step, with small breaks for rest, hydration and feeding. In the middle of the climb I almost gave up, but by the professionalism of a Guide, with more than 35 years of experience, Richard Jonanthan, known as Jota, a legend of Villarica, he divided the Group, my most trained wife Patricia suggested with the main group, and then we followed only me, he and another friend of Israel, passito a pasito, despacito, pisa where I stand, an incredible motivational work and so I reached the Cumbre/Cratera, 1 hour after the group, one of the biggest challenges of my life, pure emotion. I highly recommend Earth Volcano, trust me. Thanksgiving 👍🏻 👍🏻

Super guides, great team and beautiful experience - Great experience and very nice guides.
The volcano is currently not very active and unfortunately you can only spend 10 minutes at the crater itself.
The tour itself was super organized and the whole team was in a very good mood, friendly and helpful.
The guides even took pictures and filmed them. These were made available to everyone free of charge afterwards. The second highlight is the way back from the volcanic crater. Here, with appropriate equipment, it goes down “sliding” over glaciers and snowfields.

A bit difficult but worth it. - The volcano is amazing, sliding down is even better. The guides were friendly and the trip well organized.
The equipment is good quality, although a bit old.
The only downside is that we did not receive any information before the trip. As a result, we didn't bring enough water and food.
It would be nice to receive a message about how long the hike is, what to bring and what not to bring, what is included and what is not.
For future travellers: bring at least 1.5L of water per person and lunch since no food or water are included and the total trip is about 8-9 hours. Also, wear hiking clothes and bring multiple layers since the temperature difference is pretty high. You are provided with waterproof jacket and pants, boots, icepick, sunglasses, crampons and a backpack. The hike up is about 6 hours, and coming back down takes another 1.5.
