An unforgettable experience! - We climbed the volcano accompanied by Marie (the creator of the agency) and Cristian, our two guides! The experience was incredible both in the landscapes and humanly! We loved the crampon climb and the luge descent! Marie is extremely kind and even gave us lots of advice on our trip! We highly recommend:)

A must do experience in Pucón! - We had a fantastic day out on the mountain, and felt safe and well guided throughout the experience. Tour guides were very knowledgeable and were super friendly. All the gear was in excellent condition, and the beer and snack is a lovely way to cap off the day.

Great experience - Tremendous views, great fun the descent and very good guides! It's a very nice day. Carry blocker and plenty of water. The climb is hard but the guides allow you to go at your own pace so that it is not so strenuous.

Amazing place and great guides! - Our guides have been very kind and courteous since the beginning of the trail. They helped us at all times and also encouraged us to go to the end. If it wasn't for their incentive, I couldn't get to the top.

Wonderful! I want to go back! - We made the climb to the volcano Villarica accompanied by Marika and Cristian! Both very dear, guided us everything and helped us with the equipment! The first 1/3 less inclined and after the beast catches! We recommend moderate physical preparation to get to the top! My wife managed to get to the half and I got to the top, but it's not easy! The descent made of ski-bunda, very cool (about 10minutes descending without stopping)! We intend to return soon to climb another Vulcao, with them again! We also did with Ermitaño the volcanic cave tours and trekking in Huerquehue park, both highly recommended! Thank you for everything!

Hard climb but rewarding - Excellent service and very well organized. Great people. My only concern is I got pulmonary edema symptoms before the chalet. I mentioned it to the leaders of the climb. They blew it off, I stopped at the chalet. This is a serious condition so my dr said and they should have taken me down. Instead we waited one hour plus for the other group to summit and return before we descended. Gotta bone up on altitude illnesses and how they needed to address their clients situations. Fortunately my symptoms dissipated after 24 hours. Not good however when on international travel! I guess everyone needs to listen to their own body and make their own call.

Nice experience, but I do not recommend the management of the guides in this activity. - Very nice experience. Yes, I had an accident with my knee and the handling of the situation was not correct. Arriving in Santiago the next morning. This ended with a meniscus tear. The activity itself is great. Demanding in winter. But specifically the handling of what happened to me was not correct. First of all, although I was crying in a very uncontrolled way because of the pain, my Guide refused on several occasions to wait 5 minutes for the pain to subside a little, indicating to me in a way that was not kind at all (in fact quite abrupt in my opinion) that he could not wait for me and had to come down as he was, crying and in pain but he had to come down, which I know he is, but I also cannot ignore the enormous pain that he felt at that time. At no time do I blame the guides or the agency for this situation, at all, but if this should have been handled otherwise. That marred the experience, but the kindness and concern of a Guide named Juan is appreciated. The equipment they lend is right for the activity too.
