Unique and wonderful experience - The company was super careful from the beginning, concerned with all the details and very cordial. During the whole trail, the guides always went by, talking, knowing how we were and giving all the necessary support. Everyone was happy to help and made the ride even more amazing. BEST OF ALL!!! - I did the trekking to the volcano Villarrica with the Ermitano Expediciones, from the beginning to the end I only have compliments, prepared and attentive guides, there was an incident with a friend along the way and the guides were fantastic, she had all the care she needed at that moment. I do not remember the names of the guides, but the guide Cristian and the guide Luciano are incredible always passing a lot of safety. Although I was unable to reach the crater, it was a sensational experience, I made the trip with guide Luciano who at all times was passing me a lot of confidence. Who knows in the near future I return to Pucon to try the summit again and in case this happens I will undoubtedly go with Ermitano Expediciones.

Ermitaño is distinguished by the kindness of the staff, the kindness of the guides and the quality of the material they provide. You can see that everyone there loves what he does and works with a lot of responsibility. The rise of the volcano is incredible, all sections have breathtaking views. I was very scared as we progressed and ended up experiencing one of the most beautiful experiences of my life: the guide Juan did not allow me to give up. In the steep stretches, where I had bad panic, he tied a safety rope to me, with the other tip on it. This was for me the greatest demonstration of empathy and kindness. He could have let me give up, he could have only comforted me with motivational words, but instead, he was willing to take every step with me, literally. I have no words to thank Juan. We got together to the top of the volcano thanks to him. I would not have done it without your help. The trip around the volcano is very fun and once again I counted on the incredible kindness of the guides, especially the guide Francisco, who was glued with me and controlling the speed for us not to run too much. I refer to Ermitaño with my eyes closed, it was the best experience of my life, with qualified professionals and cutting edge equipment.

Great summit hike of Volcan Villarrica - excellent service and professionalism - We did the Volcan Villarrica summit with E.Expeds. It was a fantastic and very challenging experience. The guides were brilliant, making sure to keep the group together, keeping us to time, and looking after everyone. Juan was especially excellent who led our group. I said to him at the start of the trek that I was a slow hiker - he got me to walk behind him the entire trek so I wasn't left behind. To me this is excellent professionalism and service. The only small negative is that the equipment was a little wet from previous use and the hiking bags provided are a bit tired.
