Maglev amazing, transfer amazing, wonderful! - We regrettably cannot remember our guide’s name as it has been a few days since this transfer from Shanghai Airport, on Maglev train & then transfer to our hotel. In short, this is the ONLY transfer to do if you are new to mainland China. Our guide met us on time after we went through immigration. Super efficient, good English, seamless transfers by train & car, welcoming & helpful! He clearly loves his job. What a great feeling getting to our hotel with such ease & professionalism. This is a no brainer 10/10.

Shanghai revisited - Enjoyed the novelty of this train ride top speed 300km/h. A very good way to get to and from the heart of Shanghai to the airport. Not very well sign posted when arriving by taxi at the Longyan Rd station.

Superb experience - Absolutely seamless & efficient, Met by Tom who was superb & from meeting us on time at the Arrivals & dropped at our Hotel the whole process was well worth the money.

Excellent intro to Shanghai - Meet us with English speaking guide. Had a very visible sign with all 6 guest. Stayed with us to hotel and assisted us with kLuggage.

The driver patiently waited for me for an hour due to some delay at immigration. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He took excellent photos of me on the Maglev train which was a great experience!</p>

We arrived 2 hours Laye due... - <p>We arrived 2 hours Laye due air-traffic problems, met on arrival as planned great ,efficient guy the whole thing went smoothly and a must to go on the Maglev .</p>

This is how you make a grand... - <p>This is how you make a grand entrance into a city! Our guide was there waiting for us, directed us out of the busy airport to the Maglev platform where we had the ride of our lives. The train was clean, sleek, and everything we had heard. It was a great experience and a must do if visiting China!</p>

Rocky start but good experience - We were waiting for 30 minutes in airport. The guide was late. It wasn’t a good first impression. But he arrived and he was quite helpful and good english. He explained to us about maglev, shanghai, and helped us with our luggages from airport, maglev and until arrived in airport. He also helped us took pictures with maglev. It’s not cheap but if you want the experience, it’s worth it.

The first part was very nice, our... - <p>The first part was very nice, our guide waited for us on exit and lead us to Maglev, presented it as the only one in the world sic!. The trip was indeed lean and fast, and it is worth to take the Maglev, but no guide is really needed.<br/> At Maglev exit, we waited for the car to take us to the hotel, and all the time our guide had a very long chat with the driver, only in Chinese, ignoring us completely.<br/> They left us at the wrong hotel - also I previously sent by email the exact name and address of the hotel in English and our guide confirmed to me verbally the correct address when we started the car trip to the hotel! The only excuse he has is that the hotel main name was almost the same, Metropolo vs Metropole, and our luck was that the real one was close enough to go by foot with our luggage - like only 500 meters.<br/> Not related to the tour, but the receptionist from the wrong hotel guided us also wrong. So you should heavily rely on the offline maps to succeed :</p>
