A Glance at Puebla - The hop on hop off Turibus was a perfect way to learn a bit about the history of Puebla and main places around the city. It’s a great way to see what places or things to explore more in-depth. We were able to stop for 20 minutes to admire the view and take pictures at one point. We loved the experience !

Good tour! - Very accommodating to English speakers, helpful, good city tour of one hour. Some of the headset jacks did not work but overall it was a good tour of the city.

Best Tactical Start to your Puebla Trip - When you arrive in the city of Puebla you might be overwhelmed at the options available. With hundreds of churches, restaurants, artisan shops, markets, parks, etc. the local guides can only point to so many options. Enter the Double Decker Tour Buses - they park right in the Zocalo alongside the cathedral and leave ever hour or so for hour long tours around the city. Guides are in Spanish, English and other languages and you get to see all of your options in one fell swoop. You take the tour, arrive back in the Zocalo, then map out your plan. And the tour itself takes you throughout the city centre, up into the hills, through backstreets and into unique areas of the city. I highly recommend for any traveler - take the tour first thing - then solidify your plans based upon your impressions and tastes.

An excellent way to get a feel for... -
An excellent way to get a feel for the historic downtown area before setting out to explore what is available.
An English speaking guide was assigned to accompany us as the tour for every one else was in Spanish. She was well versed in the physical setting of the area as well as the history. We were very impressed by her and appreciated the company sending her with us.

A nice trip - A nice trip only one hour and it did take you to the museum area and with a nice view of the city .Buy the tickets at the main square for 120 pesos about $8 Cdn and don’t pay the $20 Cdn Viator charges..

Inconvenience and Price - This was a good tour. However, it is only given in Spanish. If you’d like a different language, they provide you with a headset that connects to a small radio on the bus. The radio doesn’t work, though. The radio turns off every 5 minutes so you have to turn it on again and re-set it to your language of choice. My partner and I ended up throwing out the headset and I just translated everything for him. Also, the price here is inflated. If you pay for it on the spot at Puebla it’s almost half the price.

OK bus tour - We did the hop on hop off, and did in fact hop off up at the park but basically its an unnecessary tour. Just walking around Puebla historical district and the small museum is all you need.

Cancelled - Unfortunately our tour was cancelled since there was too much traffic . There was also no warning about this and no refund. We had to make up our own tour . The staff was still very nice and apologetic. You are safer to plan a walking tour to not have these issues .
