Setting Sail to Kicker Rock
The sun was just beginning to rise as I made my way to the dock at Puerto Baquerizo Moreno. The air was crisp, and the anticipation of the day’s adventure was palpable. As a former professional surfer, I’ve spent countless hours in the ocean, but the promise of exploring the underwater world around Kicker Rock had me buzzing with excitement. The boat ride to Leon Dormido, as the locals call it, was a journey in itself. The rock formation loomed in the distance, its silhouette striking against the morning sky.
