We’ll start our journey from Puerto de la Cruz and embark on a 7km…
This excursion is ideally suited for newcomers to the island or those who wish to experience a few hours of road biking. You’ll have the opportunity to get a feel for what it’s like to scale a genuine mountain and understand the challenges of short stretches with a steepness of 5-15%.
We’ll start our journey from Puerto de la Cruz and embark on a 7km climb up to the Humboldt Observatory plateau. You can enjoy incredible views of the valley, PDC, and the Atlantic Ocean from there. We then move through the historic section of Orotava village and over the Orotava Valley before tackling a 5km ascent to another breathtaking viewpoint. From this point, we’ll make our way back to La Orotava and PDC.
The entire ride spans 45km and involves a 1000mt climb.
Please note that the cost does not include the bike.
