Highlights
  • Isla de Lobos - The Lobos Island is a wonderful small islet of 6 square kilometers in front of Fuerteventura’s northern coast. Its takes the name from the many monk seals and sea wolves, that lived there in the past. In 1982 was declared Natural Park and protected by law to any property development.

Enjoy an unforgettable 3.5-hour sailing experience on a luxurious catamaran, with time to take a swim.

Our boat leaves at 11:00 a.m. from Corralejo Harbor up to the islet, once there we anchor at one of the beautiful coves, where you can take a swim, do some snorkel or simply sunbathe on board. After we include a lunch based on a past salad, Spanish omelette, mixed salad and tuna pies. Drinks are included for free during all the journey.

Additional Information

A cooled bus will collect you from your hotel for transport to Puerto del Carmen’s Marina, your departing point for the Biosfera Jet. This is where your adventure to Lobos Island commences, following a route known for dolphin spotting with the likelihood of observing different types of sea mammals, such as the common and spotted dolphin, amongst others. While we cannot ensure sightings every day, our business has a high success rate.

Your disembarkation at Lobos Island comes after a 1.5-hour journey, and you’ll find opportunities for various self-led activities in the Natural Park. Visit the picturesque fishing village with its unique natural spa or the visitor centre providing information on the island’s fauna and flora. Alternatively, simply unwind on the picturesque La Concha beach.

The excursion package includes a picnic lunch: sandwich, mini sandwich, gazpacho, yoghurt, water, beer, and juice. Special dietary requirements for coeliacs or vegetarians/vegans can be catered for, with prior notice. Our return journey to Puerto del Carmen is scheduled for approximately 14:00 hrs.

  • Bring a towel, swimsuit, sunscreen and comfortable shoes
  • As dolphins are wild animals, sightings are not 100% guaranteed.

Beautiful - Excellent experience from start to finish. Tour guide was excellent. We saw a few dolphins on the way to Lobos and a larger pod on the way back. Beautiful! The lunch consisted of a ham and cheese sandwich, a mini ham and cheese baguette, a gazpacho cold soup in a carton, a yoghurt drink, a small bottle of water and a small can of beer. Not the most amazing of lunches but it was nice. Very hot on Lobos where we were able to spend 2 hours looking around the tiniest village, where there is a bar and then sunbathing and swimming on the stunning golden sand and clear blue waters

Great time. Would do it again. - Fab time on the dolphin cruise. Saw loads of dolphins on the way to Lobos and then spent a lovely time exploring Lobos.

The trip was well... - The trip was well organised and the speed boat was comfortable. Our guide was lovely and very friendly particularly to the children. We unfortunately didn't see any dolphins but there was a heat weather warning in place which our guide explained made things more difficult. This is also a trip to the island and not a dolphin spotting tour which is different, although we were told that they typically see dolphins every day but not on every crossing (again we were told there were 3 a day). The island itself was nice to see with a lovely beach and information posts in different areas. The lunch provided was exactly as advertised and was nice. Overall we had a good time!

Lovely experience - Very well organised and friendly crew. We were privileged to not only spot dolphins on our journey out but also on our return 🥰 The only negative I would say was the fact that you are dropped at the island with a small map and no guidance/suggestions of what to do whilst there.

Los lobos not worth a visit - Was extremely disappointed with this trip ! Even thou we saw some dolphins & the guide was really knowledgeable & happy!, we was given a pack lunch which was a spam & cheese sandwich slapped together with no spread, water, beer, cold soup In a carton & yogurt drink! It was perceived you got this on board. The picture which is advertised with crystal clear blue water is nothing like it when you arrive on the island! Not worth the money !

Beautiful island but not value for money - Whilst the island was pretty and the beach was beautiful you are actually not on the island long enough to properly explore before needing to catch the boat again . The speed boat is nice , unfortunately we didn’t see any dolphins which was a shame but it does say it isn’t guaranteed. There is a fair bit to see on the island but as you have to walk everywhere there isn’t time to explore properly I would say that the cost for 2 adults and 2 children 200euro is over priced for what it was. Lunch and drinks provided was disappointing for the price paid . We got a carton of cold tomato soup , a yoghurt drink and half a sandwich . Not ideal for small kids and given the price paid it wasn’t value for money .

Atrocious - Rubbish. Most expensive water taxi known to man. The island itself was worth a visit if your not going from Lanzarote. Saying that, not much to see or do Ince you get there. Poor lunch packup too. To be honest it was a wasted day.
