Highlights
- Manta Diving Lanzarote - You will go on a discover scuba dive to 5 metres for 30-35 minutes with your SSI instructor and look at the marine life Lanzarote has to offer.
When you arrive at the dive centre we will complete paperwork, including a brief medical history. After that is completed your SSI instructor will give you a briefing explaining to you about scuba diving and the dive you are about to go on. We will then find a wetsuit, mask, fins and boots that fit you. We will then stroll down to Playa Chica where we will put the equipment on and walk into waist deep water. We will practice the breathing and when you are comfortable we will go underneath the water where we will practice 3 skills with you. We will then go for a dive to 6 metres for 30 - 35 minutes. Along the way we will stop off along the way and see the different fish Playa Chica has to offer. You may see sea bream, parrotfish, damselfish, flounders, ornate wrasse.

Embark on a two-hour adventure of scuba diving as a rookie. Guided by an SSI instructor throughout, familiarize yourself with basic scuba diving skills in secure shallow waters prior to venturing into Playa Chica Bay. Marvel at the splendid sea creatures housed by Lanzarote’s transparent oceans. As you dive, you’ll witness parrotfish, elaborate wrasse, damselfish, among others. Relish the intimacy of small crews, with a 2:1 student-to-instructor ratio (limiting to 6 participants in total).
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
- Diving within 12 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor
- Not recommended for pregnant women, or participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions
- Please bring swimwear, towel, and a change of clothes
- Minimum age is 10 years

Please arrive at the dive centre for 13:30. For parking the easiest place is in the Harbour Car Park. Then walk to us, it's just 2 minutes. Walk past the kids play park & walk straight up the hill. When you get to the top you can see Lomo Alto straight ahead of you. We are underneath it!

Experience of a lifetime, very professional team - This was an experience of a lifetime, the Manta team provided all of the preparation material, instructions and documentation needed well beforehand, they also carried out clear instructions, and a question and answer session just before the dive. This was my first dive so I was really really nervous and the team made me feel so safe. We had many practice sessions in the water before the dive, we were monitored and helped at all times. We saw many different types of fish and the water was crystal clear, we had plenty of time to soak in the wonders of the dive and to my delight we saw 2 small and one lager Cuttlefish (very intelligent) , that stayed close and were quiet inquisitive. It was an absolute dream of an experience, thank you so much to the team that made this an experience one I won't forget. I did this solo in my mid fifties so if I can do it, anyone can.

Try Dive - Recommend 100% - A brilliant experience.! My 12 year old
daughter and I loved it. The instructors were fantastic,very professional. They knew what they were doing so you felt safe. The content of the safety briefing felt enough but not overwhelming. You dive from a gorgeous beach and we saw great sea life. Prompt and accurate customer service before,during,and afterwards. A particular thank you to Rachel. Amazing experience in Lanzarote - Very good experience and very detailed explanation from the coach. Definitely a “must do event” In Lanzarote. Preliminary experience and knowledge are not needed but you will still enjoy it a lot!

Highly recommended - Superb with the kids (11 & 12 yrs). Very friendly and caring. Explained everything well. Two instructors for a family of 4. Adjusted settings for us ensuring a very positive experience for all of us. Absolutely fantastic experience for us all. Highly recommended

Individual and... - Individual and professional approach by the instructor! We felt really safe with him. The dive itself was even longer - 45 mins and we were in the depth of 10 meters!

A must do for anyone...... - I have dived before with these guys, I went along as moral support for my daughters boyfriend, they are 100% when it comes to making beginners comfortable and at ease with there introductory dives. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. "Piere" has a fabulous way with his pupils. Thank you so much for a fantastic experience
