Good day out. - On time and although we were in walking distance of the embarkation had several contacts offering pickup. The trip was good from start to finish. Although on the dolphin route, dolphins did not want to play on the day we went. The lunch provided was good. Highlight was the carpaccio soup and even a beer in there. The sun did not appear until we were about to leave the island so the sea colours were inhibited by the clouds. Worth the price and recommended.

Top class trip - Brilliant day trip for young and old. Luckily got to see numerous dolphin sightings which the kids loved. The staff, in particular, Carlos really look after all the guests. Top class.

Wonderful boat trip - We really enjoyed the trip. We didn't get to see whales on this occasion but we saw lots of dolphins. The crew was very attentive making sure that everyone was comfortable and having a good time. The time allocated on Los Lobos (2 ½ hours) could be a bit longer but we managed to spend some time on the beach and visit the small village. The picnic provided (included in the price) is adequate with sandwiches, cold soup, yogurt and drinks. On the way back they are speeding up and it can get a bit cold so a light jacket is recommended. Overall a positive experience and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Lanzarote.

Great activity - Magnificent excursion, we were able to see the dolphins up close. Very good atmosphere. The team is at the top, very concerned about the comfort of the passengers, the host Carlos is very nice. He was able to help us with all our requests. The meal is decent. The island is magnificent. We were able to enjoy it peacefully. I recommend this activity.

Great trip and crew - Great day, didn't see any dolphins but enjoyed the boat ride and spending time on Lobos. My two kids fell asleep on the way back and the crew brought them blankets to cover up and make a pillow :) We booked through our tour operator, so were unaware there was a packed lunch and drink included - wouldn't have brought our own if we'd known!

Room for improvement - Went on this same trip in April last year with friends, this time with partner. Saw lots of dolphins on the way out and the way back last time. This time we saw lots on the way out. The island is interesting but the only one public toilet wasn’t working. The only other one is in the restaurant. So toilet facilities are severely lacking. There was around 200 people on the island. On the return trip, the staff hardly put any effort into looking for the dolphins and more time helping people stand up at the front of the boat as it was quite choppy. The boat just powered back all the way without slowing down. It felt that the staff just wanted to get back and were not interested in looking around for the dolphins. Don’t expect to sit in the same seat you did on the way out. Someone had already decided to sit in the seat we had occupied on the way out. Was quite pleasing to see them getting splashed by the sea most of the way back.

Saw Dolphins and a Hammerhead shark - Went on the Lobos Island Dolphin trip yesterday. No dolphins spotted on the way out there alrhough the crew were actively searching. The crew was great, Captain spoke all different languages. Didn't think too much of Lobos not a lot there, 2 toilets, one in the restaurant which you had to pre-book. 2.5 hours I felt was a bit long as a lot of people were waiting to get back on the boat. Definitely glad we read the reviews and wore trainers rather than flip flops. BUT on the way back we spotted Dolphins and a Hammerhead shark. As soon as these were spotted the Captain slowed the boat and we all managed to see them, he even made sure a little girl got up the front and saw them. Overall a lovely day out and seeing the wildlife up close in their natural environment was magical x

Guests and crew smokes on board, cigarettes thrown in the sea - We reserved for a pick up at 9h40, at 8h20 we received a call that we would be picked up in ten minutes. We rushed then to be there to be then waiting for 40 minutes and in the end a taxi pick us up. Once on the boat we relatively quick spotted two dolphins right after leaving, as soon as they were spotted we had the feeling not much effort was done anymore for spotting other dolphins. And then the worst: crew starts smoking on the boat and guests follow. Cigarettes are thrown in the sea!!!! Lunch are some dry sandwiches
