Amazing experience! - Amazing experience. Well organised and managed. All staff were friendly and enthusiastic. We saw loads of dolphins! Food and drink plentiful. We weren’t expecting to see the dolphins but we saw so many, such an amazing experience!

Great excursion but.... - Beautiful ride on a boat with a very friendly crew, however we saw no dolphins, which remained the main Attraction for which we paid this tour. I can understand that dolphins do not wait for us H24 to come see them, but when a service is not complete it would be nice for customers that compensation (financial or otherwise) be offered when it happens. Otherwise we had a great time, under a beautiful sun, and a beautiful view of Lanzarote with at the end a sparkling accompanied by an excellent homemade cake and a crew with little care

Nothing remarkable - The dolphins weren't even named. The sunset wasn't worth it either. I UNDERSTAND DOLPHINS DON'T ALWAYS SEE EACH OTHER BUT AT LEAST YOU COULD SAY SOMETHING ABOUT THEM...

Never again - So sorry to say it was the worst experience of the holiday due to the strong winds and even though it was August the provider should have cancelled and saved us all the drama. Could not move for 2 hrs due to the crazy rockiness of the water and felt nauseous the whole way. No dolphins in sight but that wasn’t guaranteed. No information on microphone until the last half hour so very much an uncomfortable, scary and disappointing experience.

Inadmissible - We were supposed to do the catamaran tour at sunset today. Someone had to pick us up in front of our Pension for this excursion. However, after 15 minutes, we contacted our travel agency because no one had picked us up. It was then that we discovered that they had the wrong Inn and that they had not picked us up. I find that unacceptable, it is a shame to do so. They made a mistake, so it is up to them to take responsibility and in that case they should have come for us instead of leaving us. In any case, I certainly would not recommend this company for an excursion. they did not even have the decency to warn us of the incident, we had to call our travel agency. We go on vacation once a year to have fun and this kind of act clearly ruins our last day.

To be avoided - Pros: Perfect punctuality and organization. The tour is sold as dolphin watching and sunset so if you don't see the dolphins you expect to see a striking sunset. We did not see the dolphins or the sunset more the girl who accompanied the group (it was August 6 and we left Puerto del Carmen at 18 30 ) did not give any information, and 'even got off the bus that took the group back to the required stops without saying goodbye. Not a word ... could have made the return trip interesting by telling something about the sea around Lanzarote, or even the island itself : even the language was not a problem for her since she spoke 4 ... Too bad. No dolphins, no trammelling, no passionate Guide... but if you like to drink and eat on the catamaran you can go. Food and drink at will (with someone exaggerating and then remitting ... ).
