Dolphins for the lucky ones 🔥 - We were promised a sunset, dolphins, an aperitif on board, good humor and absolutely nothing was missing from what was announced, top notch!

Stunning views - The weather was so hot that even the air conditioned coach to the port was brilliant. The trip on the boat was brilliant. The island looks stunning from the water. The hosts were really friendly and good fun. A great day out!

Best part of our trip - Worth every penny. The crew were amazing, the boat is like a big speed boat and I usually get very sea sick on bigger boats so I was dubious, but it was absolutely fine albeit choppy in parts but we were more concerned with trying to find the dolphins! The champagne and cake after was just the cherry on top. I would do this 100 x over, definitely the best part of our trip.

Lanzarote sea tours. disappointed - Really disappointed with this trip, expectations were going out to sea searching for dolphins and watching the sunset over the sea and then return to the harbour —- what we got was went out to sea for 40 mins then returned to just outside the harbour for cava and a cake and sat there for 30 mins and then went back into harbour ( I know you can’t guarantee dolphins nor can you guarantee a clear sky ) but what I did expect was to be out at sea when the sun went down. We were back off the boat before this happened. Two boats went out and we could see the other boat further out to sea while we were just having our cake and I asked the captain if we were going back out and he replied no and I said well what’s that boat doing and he said looking for something and I said shouldn’t we be doing the same and he didn’t reply. Also I could understand if the sea was rough or choppy but as you can see by pics shown it was calm . The staff were friendly enough but it’s not what I paid for. This is also under the name of Lanzarote sea tours

Wouldn't do again - The transfer from and back to the hotel was seamless and on time. When boarding the boat we were told to go the first gate, which was incorrect and we were queuing for the wrong one. We then made it to the right boat and were unable to sit together which was a shame. The boat was very choppy and fast, lots of people being sick. The member of staff was very entertaining but there wasn't any commentary unfortunately. The drink you get is a paper cup and you get half a cup to drink. The cake was small but good. I was ready (and many others) to get off after about an hour.

We got canceled a day early, so we couldn't go. - We did not get to enjoy the experience because the previous day I was informed that our place on the boat was not available and invited to go 9 days later (not taking into account that, like almost everyone else, we were on vacation for a limited period of time...). Deal and nefarious management!!

Rip-off - nothing that was promised was kept - stay away from this tour - It can happen that we didn't see any dolphins. But the fact that we didn't get to see a sunset either was more than annoying. The tour was over before the sun could even scratch the horizon. It really wasn't worth the money. No explanations, just unfriendly staff. It was stupid of us not to react to the negative reviews and to stay away from this offer.

Don’t waste your money - Don’t waste your money…. The fancy brochure in the hotel ‘sunset and dolphins’ sounds and looks great, don’t be fooled… 150 euros and a very long 1.5 hour bus journey later; we found ourselves dumped 500 metres from the ticket office with 30 other bewildered travellers. We were told to go to the ticket office ti settle the final remainder of the tickets, why they don’t just take full payment upon booking I don’t know After 40 minutes queuing up in the blazing sunshine you are met by an extremely rude and unwelcoming red haired lady who didn’t either bother to look up from her desk or take her sunglasses off to demand ‘Ticket!’ I showed her the ticket (myself, my partner and my two year old) ‘Where is the baby’ she said… My daughter and her mum had already walked further down to where others were waiting, as I explained ‘I need to see the baby, is she under 12? If she isn’t, you need to pay full price’ I explained that my daughter was 2 and she was in a pushchair ‘you can’t take the pushchair, and I need to see the baby’ After a bit of a disagreement shall we say, I went and got my little girl, and the pushchair, to prove, yes she was indeed under 12. With a rather disgruntled look I was thrust the tickets ‘you go to gate one’ And that was it It wasn’t gate one, it was more like gate 21, another 15 minute walk around the commercial fishing habour, down a rickety gangplank onto a floating pontoon towards the boat The boat itself was fine, as was the captain, the deckhand, and the tour leader. No safety measures, no life jackets, pumping house music, off we went Needless to say there were no dolphins, just a few people being sea sick. The ‘champagne and pastries’ were a cheap hotel of hiperdino plonk in a polistyrene cup and a lump of stale cake We cruised around for a 1.5 hours, not the 2.5 hours advertised, with absolute zero talk if any dolphins. Then up the rickety pontoon to await the bus which arrived 40 minutes later A total rip off and tourist trap, avoid

Disgusting - Had to have been the worst boat trip ever! Did not see 1 dolphin/whale! 3 people on board took sea sick as the people on charge sailing the boat were erratic, I did not book a party boat, myself and 3 kids were terrified! I have done this excursion before reason for booking again but been put off for life now!
