You will love it! - We had an amazing tour tasting so many different foods from the markets and restaurants. We highly recommend this tour!

Filling and fulfilling! - Indra was a fantastic guide! We learned a lot and enjoyed some amazing food! Definitely go hungry - we were stuffed by the end! The tortillas, the cheese, the chilattes, the ceviche, the empanadas….. all incredible!

Would highly recommend! - Iyari was such a pleasure to have as our tour guide. She made the experience so amazing and enjoyable. My husband and I had a super time exploring Puetro Escondido’s food culture and neighborhoods with her as our leader. All the food was tasty and delicious. I appreciated how many of the eateries visited focused on women, indigenous, and Oaxaqueños culture and traditions. Cocofam was our favorite!

Awesome, Authentic Food Tour in Centro Puerto Escondido - Our guide Indra was exceptional and her stories of the origins of the food and ingredients were well told and really enhanced the experience. We try and do food tours everywhere we travel and this one was one of the best! Thank you!

Do not miss this! - You should not miss this food tour! Everything was great. We learned so much about the area and the culture. We left very full, no need for dinner after. Indra’s knowledge, excitement, and energy were awesome. She was such a great guide. Anyone coming to this area should take this tour!

Awesome Culinary Adventure - Two Americans traveling on holiday. Indra gave us a tour through Centro part of Puerto Escondido. We really enjoyed it and would recommend it for anybody visiting. The food, drinks, cultural background lessons were all excellent. Indra was very knowledgable and the staff at each stop were very friendly. Our favorites were the mole negro and the fish tacos. We hope to make it back someday!

Food, culture and history! A must-do tour! - This food tour is a great way to enjoy some delicious Oaxacan food while learning about the culture and history of Oaxaca. Indra was a fantastic tour guide, who took us to 8-9 (I lost count!) different stops, explaining the history and cultural significance of each along the way. The small group made it a wonderful opportunity to ask questions and get to know each other. I would highly recommend!!

Yummy Tour - This was a really fun experience. We learned a lot about the various local foods and vendors. We would never had known about all the variety and local specialties. Even though we just sampled the various dishes, it was far too much food for lunch and we were stuffed. Good thing there was a fair amount of walking involved! Our guide spoke English fluently which was appreciated. The price seems a bit high but was worth it.

Decent experience, but overpriced - The host was lovely! Mostly leaving a 3 stars because I think it's extremely overpriced. I think this tour should be $40.
