Highlights
  • Puerto Iguazu - Our tour begins by departing from the passengers` hotels to go to the Tourist Assistance Center to buy the entrance tickets to the park.

(You might need a visa to cross the Brazilian border if you are staying in Argentina).
    - Visitor Center Station - When we arrive at the Visitor Center, we’ll kick off the trip around the park by leading you to one of the tour cars.
    - Parque Nacional do Iguaçu - We’ll then drive to the main paths which stretch over 1,200m of the park and sit above the Iguazu river. From here, you’ll get a panoramic view of the Argentine side of the falls: the perfect spot to take some photos.
    - Lookout Devil’s Throat - Continuing along this route, you’ll get to see the Cañón del RĂo IguazĂș, Salto Rivadavia, Tres Mosqueteros and many others. Towards the end of the route, you’ll also see the lower part of the river and the impressive Garganta del Diablo (Devil’s Gorge). The walkway ends beside Salto Floriano, from where you can take either a number of stairs or an elevator straight down to the car park or up to shops and restaurants.
    - Parque das Aves - The Bird Park is close to the Iguaçu National Park, which facilitates the movement and reduces the transportation time. Upon arriving there, we will travel through several trails inside the park to observe and interact with the local nature.

The Bird Park is a unique place, counting more than 200 animal species, many rescued from illegal traffic. The main idea is to make a Sanctuary for engendered species. Hosting the biggest Araras (Macaws) Sanctuary in South America, the Bird Park offers safe spaces for visitors to enter and observe the birds from very close and in liberty. Living in wide Vivarium, the birds can fly free and visitors can enter the vivarium without bothering the animals. Also hosting some anacondas, boas, crocodiles, Titi monkeys and special butterflies, the park makes the visitor’s delights and awakens it curiosity. Walk along the paths, entering vivariums and temples, learning more about each and every species living in the Sanctuary.

Combine the Falls with the Bird Park - Our guide:Mr Pacarow was extremely organised, knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. The Brazilian side was more compact but gave a very different experience to the Argentinian side. The Bird park gave the opportunity to see native birds up close-would’ve be good to have longer there.

Not to be missed - Simply stunning. Brazilian Falls are not to be missed! Our guide ensured a seamless trip through the respective border crossings and took time to ensure that we saw all that we wanted and at our own pace without feeling rushed. A really enjoyable tour with Frederico. Gracias.

Unmissable visit - An unmissable attraction, the park is an example in every sense. They transport you in a tall vehicle to the reserve and the guide was outstanding in his explanations. Highly recommended visit

Special Nature Park - The Bird Park is really a nature conservation project, aimed at preserving their Atlantic Rainforest and protecting birds and reptiles that are disappearing or being used for illegal sale overseas. A great layout, walking through a structured trail that lets you view all the animals easily and safely.

recommendable walk of recovered animals - guira oga park of recovered animals! It began as a place to recover domesticated birds that were victims of illegal trafficking, and then incorporate more animals. We had Julieta as our guide, excellent explanation!! A lot of dedication!. short 15min tractor ride to a 40 minute walk between all the recovered animals. recommendable.!!!

Reservation GĂŒirĂĄ Oga - The guide to national parks was excellent. It rained a lot all the way so we didn't see too many animals. Although the walk does not close for rain I do not recommend it to the place if it is raining. The work they do is excellent.
