Visit to Puerto IguazĂș on winter holidays 2023 - It was our second time in Puerto IguazĂș. We had forgotten the enormous thermal amplitude of the area. We arrived with a lot of drizzle, in the afternoon the sun came out and raised the temperature a lot, to the point of entering the pool in the complex where we stayed, and at night a storm came and the temperature dropped drastically. Three of the five of us in the group got sick, coughing and mucus, due to these changes. Furthermore, the city is not moving forward. Having one of the most beautiful places in Argentina, with a significant influx of tourists, both national and foreign, the city does not reflect improvements in its infrastructure. The streets with public lighting are limited to the center and some avenues. The rest do not have street lights, the sidewalks do not exist or are very broken and irregular. We were in a vehicle, but if not and being older people, it was difficult to go out and explore it.

Better organization for hotel pickup times required - The waterfall experience was amazing and I highly recommend seeing the falls from both the Argentinian and Brazilian side. My only complaint is that when we booked the tour, we didn't receive any communication on when our pick up would be. When I reached out through the app, Ricard Ramero told me 9:30am, however that was grossly incorrect. The actual hotel pickup time was 7:30am. We received a call from our hotel front desk at 7:25am that our bus was here and we had to hurry and get ready in 5 minutes otherwise they were threatening to leave us behind.
