Optimal accompaniment - Excellent service, very punctual. No need to do the migration process, they take care of it! The guide Chelo is the most, super friendly perfectly accompanies the visit with a lot of interesting information that adds up. He gave us optimal tips to enjoy our experience. Thank you so much!

Beautiful views - We loved it! We had seen someone on YouTube who advised visiting this side before the Argentine side so we did it! We left from the bus terminal in Puerto Iguazú on a bus line, we paid a round trip, a northern cruise that was cheaper than the Uruguay River, at the border you will have to get off to do migrations and then you get on again. It leaves you at the door of the falls on the Brazilian side. Everything is very organized when you arrive to get the ticket. The day was a little rainy but take a pilot and good shoes (not flip flops) and you won't have a problem. There are ramps and stairs all mixed up along the way. As we finished at noon we walked to the Parque das Aves (about two blocks away) and then we took the bus back in front of the Parque das Aves. It is the same bus that leaves you at the door of the freeshop so if you have energy you can take advantage of the trip and on the way back before crossing the border you go shopping 🙃

It's far better than I expected, a great experience - An unbelievable experience without a doubt. I have seen Victoria and Niagara falls, also impressive, but these are so different. They are a very extensive and a multi-level sequence of water falls that are very picturesque and you can get up close and personal by walking on the boardwalks. There are some extensive walks but a lift will take you right down to the boardwalks thus avoiding an arduous hike. Here you will have all the views that will impress even the most travelled explorer.

Beautiful Iguazú National Park - Excellent N.Iguazu Park, we are looking forward to the Devil's Throat, I hope they repair it, the cost of entry to the Park is very low.

Incredible views - The visit is much shorter than the Argentine side, and the park is also much more limited than the Argentine one. However, the views are excellent and the proximity of the waterfalls make this walk something not to be missed.

Beautiful but short - You have to go because the views are really worth it. For Argentines it costs 78 reais per person and 50 for parking. They take you on a tourist bus to the falls, but it is the only thing there is to do there, you walk along the walkway, approximately 1 hour, and there is nothing more to do. Wear pilotin yes or yes because you will get soaked!!!!

"A Poor Service: Don't fall into the Nordic Travel Trap" - Atmosphere: The Iguazu Falls from the Brazilian side are an impressive natural sight, and at first, our experience with Nordic Travel Iguazu promised a lot. The park is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a magical setting. Guide and Organization: Marcelo, our Guide, was a total genius. He clearly explained what the tour was going to be like and the activities we would be doing. However, everything changed dramatically after the falls. When we mentioned that we had a tour that included the falls and two hours on duty free, the situation became untenable. Views: The panoramas are spectacular, but that can't hide what came next. Once at duty free, the Guide instructed us to wait at a specific kiosk after clearing customs, ensuring that the transport would come to pick us up. What was promised as comfortable service turned into a nightmare. We spent an hour and a half abandoned in an unknown location, sending WhatsApp messages that got no response. Disorganization and Abandonment: It is unacceptable that, after paying for a service, we were left adrift like this. The lack of coordination and lack of support at a crucial time were extremely disappointing. We felt completely helpless and uninformed, which ruined the final part of our experience. This is something no one should experience when paying for a tour. Staff Attention: While Marcelo was a good Guide at first, customer service at this critical stage was nonexistent. Nordic Travel Iguazu needs to dramatically improve its organization and care for its customers. Closing Comment: In short, visiting Iguazu Falls from the Brazilian side with Nordic Travel Iguazu had the potential to be unforgettable, but the disorganization and abandonment in duty free made it a frustrating experience. If you decide to travel with Nordic, keep in mind that you may be left adrift. It is a situation that should not happen to those who have paid for a service that should be of quality.

Outrageous organization - Experience absolutely to avoid with Nordic Travel. Pick-up at the hotel at 10.00 am on Sunday, a day that is known to be crowded. We had to be back at the hotel by 5pm, which we asked the Guide to confirm, receiving confirmation. Arrival, after customs passage at 11 am. An hour and thirty queue to get on the bus that led to the area where the waterfall walk begins. The Guide dumps us there and tells us to meet an hour later, during which we also had lunch, for the bus back. No indication, no Guide. At the meeting, after eating with the funnel, having only one hour for visit and lunch, another 40 minutes of queue to catch the bus back. We also understood the visit to the aviopark. They dumped us at 4.30 p.m., closing time, telling us they were filming us at 5.30 p.m. Guide didn't even come in. We leave at 17.30 in a bit of a hurry, but there is no one to pick us up. We start writing to the agency telling us what bus is coming. Arrives at 6.05pm, with all of us definitely angry. We arrive at customs, we are made to fill out on the bus a sheet with our data, which they already had. The driver gets out and we wait. After half an hour he goes back asking us to add the date of birth on the paper he gave us earlier, which he said was unnecessary. Among the protests of all, he gets out, gets back in line, and we lose another half hour. Arrival at the hotel 19.30. Nine and a half hours out of the hotel for an hour and a half of activities. Scandalous organization for which we will seek partial reimbursement. Absolutely avoid excursions with Nordic Travel Iguazu
