Amazing day at the falls! - Amazing day at Iguazu Falls! The boat ride is not included but worth doing. Our guide Everton was awesome!!! He helped us navigate everything swiftly and he was very knowledgeable about the park and the area. He made us dinner reservations for that evening at a great dinner/show! The weather became uncooperative in the afternoon and they closed the Argentinian side of the park. However, Everton took us to an excellent place for empanadas and wine on the Argentinian side. We had an amazing day and I highly recommend this tour with Everton!

Amazing Falls and service - What a great tour! Everton our guide was very nice and a great driver. He really went above and beyond to make our day at the falls special. This tour really moves right along at a good pace. NO standing under a tree and talking for a 1/2hr. It was the perfect tour for us! Everton is very experienced in the tourist travel industry. He requested ideas from his travel family for dining suggestions to meet our dietary preferences in Foz de Iguacu. He knows EVERYTHING about the area and is more than willing to help. It was a great day and great tour!!!

Great adventure! - We had a great experience. Our guide, Everton Olivera was great! He contacted us the day prior to the excursion and was available for any questions we might had. He was very helpful and accommodating to our family needs during the excursion and showed us all what we wanted to see around Iguazu. He was on time and made sure we had a great time. Would absolutely recommend him!

Our guide Everton was... - Our guide Everton was great! He was a huge help navigating both sides of the falls. Prepare for some walking. The Brazil side is shaded, so it is a nice walk. You will get wet! You dry off quickly though. The Argentine side can be hot since a lot of it is over the river and unshaded.

Excellent excursion with multiple facets! - Our guide, Everton was excellent! It would have been very difficult to navigate both borders to attend both parks in one day. We started in Brazil which was a very good call as we were staying in Argentina. There was no line at immigration. Everton was happy to take pictures of us and was very flexible. We highly recommend this tour!

Bonita Iguazu Falls - Great day, enjoyed both sides of Falls, added on fun boat ride! Suggest buying park admission online before going. Visa machine not working, long lines at park itself. Carlos spoke many languages and patient with lines at borders!

Hurry up and wait! - A lot of time spent waiting in lines, whether it was at the queues for train rides, or at the border crossing from Brazil back into Argentina, it really put a dampener on the day. Our guide, Hippy, did say that the queues at the border were always bad at that time in the afternoon, and that she normally did things differently, so I’m not sure why she arranged our day the way she did. The day could absolutely have been arranged better. Having said that, her recommendation that the boat rides on the Brazil side were better was absolutely spot on. What a buzz, we loved every minute with a fantastic boat driver. It was a little strange that she insisted on paying for the entrance fees and boat rides, and getting us to pay her in cash. She told us to wait off to the side while she bought the tickets. We’re not sure why or even how much they were, so we had to rely on her word for what we needed to pay her, but she found an ATM for us to withdraw the cash for her. Also, we would have liked time to look through the visitors centre but we were rushed through at breakneck speed, only to stand and wait in a queue…. We would have appreciated some local information about the Iguazu Falls, National Park etc but the wait times were spent in silence or with here texting or chatting on her phone, or with her talking to others in the queue, or working at the park, in Portuguese or Spanish, which we didn’t understand. With my limited Spanish, I did understand when she called us fat though! I told her that, and she back-pedalled to say she called us all fat. Hmmm - no one likes to be insulted no matter what the language. She didn’t accompany us anywhere, just took us to the gates, and pointed out where to go and where we could find her when we were done. It was a very hot day, and very crowded due to the holiday, which was out of her control, but at times we needed a few minutes more to recover from walking in the 40degree heat, but we were bustled along constantly without having any time to even have lunch. All in all it was a gruelling day with some spectacular experiences. We would recommend the trip to anyone, but maybe not as a private tour with this guide. I mistakenly thought having a private guide meant their focus would be on us for the day.
