They start with a pretty demanding hike and then you get the first challenge, a really shocking zip line. You are several meters from the jungle and a long stretch. All very safe and careful. Then you go on and there’s a shorter zip line. Finally you get to abseiling, which is great. You go down a small waterfall, but right through it, it’s great. It’s worth it. The attention of the instructors is impeccable. Always attentive and taking care that everything goes well. I recommend wearing shoes and clothes that can get wet.
