-
Punta Tombo - After a 2-hour drive along the Patagonian roads, we will arrive at the rookery. The colonyâs population reaches over half a million birds during the peak season, and the best time to visit is between October and April. One of the greatest features of this reserve is the fact that you can literally walk among the penguins and observe their habits. You will have the opportunity to see how they feed their chicks, defend their territory, build their nests, and of course watch their characteristic waddle as they get in and out of the sea.
We will stay at the reserve for no less than 3 hours in which we will also visit the Punta Tombo Interpretive Center.
Not included: Lunch, entrance fee to the Provincial Reserve.
Season to travel: From mid-September to the end of March.
Notes: The order of the tour may vary depending on weather conditions.
- Puerto Madryn - At the end of this experience we will take you back to your hotel in Puerto Madryn.
