Extreme Fun in Cancun! - My friend & I went on the VIP experience & it was incredible! Our guide David “The Flash” was so funny & informative. We zoomed around on ATVs in the mud, ziplined & walked across interactive bridges. Afterwards they shuttled us over to the cenote where we were greeted with margaritas & a tequila tasting! We placed a lunch order & then took a dive into the cenote! There’s a cave to explore in the water as well. I was nervous but wanted to do it so David offered to take me in there on the SUP board & that made me feel comfortable! I’m so glad he did so I could have that experience! The service was top notch, the food was yummy & we got to watch an incredible fire show after! Thank you to David, the photographer who captured some great pics, and everyone else who made the day so special!

Extreme Adventure - Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. I had a great tour guy named Osbaldo aka Big O. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. His team was also great. Loved the tequila testing too. Had a wonderful morning.

Nice BUT... - The price of the tour DOES NOT include the price of a VIP package. Which they were clear in another website. This review is probably will be long and detailed. People should know what they were booking for. Pick up: Prompt pick up from the hotel zone. Drivers here are different kind. So if you get car sick or prone to it, take a Dramamine. They take a picture of your ticket and gives you an arm band. It's a little drive from the hotel zone. When you get there: You get to a queue to check in. Then there's the first upsell to upgrade to the VIP package, first I didn't like it because it's a little pricey specially if you have a big family. We gave in the end. VIP: $$ - Additional arm band. - Welcome champagne/picture - Free lockers - 5 Ziplines with some bridge(s) - More taco choices - Unlimited drinks Then they took us to a waiting area which they've tried to sell us goggles and face covering. It was overpriced and in the end unnecessary -- for me. We didn't buy them. ATV: It will take a bit to maneuver and get used to it. No power steering. If you don't press gas, it will die on you. These ATVs gets a beating everyday, so don't expect it to be in shiny tip-top shape. The staff are always there to assist. As far as helmets, I wish they are more sanitized and have more sanitary way of protecting our head from a previous usage. Zipline/bridges: These we enjoyed the most. It was so fun! If you're afraid of heights this is not for you. They give us a disposable gloves before wearing the suede gloves. ** NO phones nor cameras are allowed to be with you during these activities. There are paparazzi following your group around. Tequila tasting: Best part! Bought a bottle after. No upsell tactics. Just really like the taste. Cenote: Small group due to the VIP status. So it was not crowded. Nice time but short. It was so refreshing. I wish it was longer. Food: It was okay. Overall: The VIP package was a nice experience. I still don't like too much upselling from the start to the end of the tour. I think if we didn't upgrade we won't miss out on it, since you could bring drinks and snacks with you. I just wish the pictures were included in the package. I don't think 75 usd or 25 usd/picture should be paid in addition. We ended up not getting them, we only liked a couple of photos and was not going to pay that much. This must one of the resons they don't allow even the action camera hinged on the body. They only allowed the cameras in the cenote. I also think the VIP package should have an extended time in the cenote.

Great trip a shame Mauricio was our driver - The tour was great. The activities were well organised. You need to be prepared to have cash or card to pay for the photos they take. Everyone asked for tips. The bad thing: Mauricio (the driver) didn’t pick us up at the lobby of our hotel as instructed. He didn’t come into the lobby nor asked the bellboys to call our names. At the end the coordinators paid for an Uber to take us from Cancun to Puerto Morelos to catch up with another van. On the way back to the hotel, the same driver (Mauricio) arrived very late to collect us. When we asked the reason he was late one of his colleagues told us he was like that and he was still working there because he was a “mate”. A part from the issue with the transportation we had a very nice time.

Full of sh*t - Where do I begin ?!!! First thing first .. TRANSPORTATION WAS GOOD 10/10 Me and my husband was unable to do zipling due to the inaccurate information posted on here ! It says maximum weight is 285 but when you get there the maximum weight is 260! I called to try to get a partial refund and was denied! Was very upset about that ! They believe Americans are rich ! Me and my husband was followed around being harassed for a tip . We denied 12 times and he still proceeded to keep harassing us! Would not recommend this place seriously ! The atv and cenote jump was fun but overall 2/10
