ATV, Zipline, Cenote, Tequilla Tasting - If you are looking for the thrill of getting your heart racing, pure fun in the sun and lots of great photo memories then all these activities tick all the boxes. There are several ziplines of increasing length to match your inhibitions. The ATVs are a pure adrenaline rush zigzagging around. The tequila tasting helps give you the liquid courage to jump into the cenote to cool off. Pictures are shared immediately at the end.

Great & safe experience! Definitely would do it again - My wife and I decided to book on this site rather than what the hotel offered at a better price and we definitely had a great time! Shuttle picked us up from our resort (Breathless Resort), ride was about 30-45 min to location due to also picking up other people. Started with the ATV (upgraded on arrival from 4wheeler to ATV and also upgraded to the VIP pass to avoid a huge group- - Definitely recommend the upgrade - unlimited drinks and tacos and avoid the bigger crowds) after ATV, we did the zip lines which was also a fun time. After zip lines headed to the cenote tour where we had the tequila tasting and then enjoyed the private cenote time with about 15-20 other people. Tacos were pretty good along with the drinks. VIP guide “Flash” was great along the whole trip. After the tacos and drinks, we headed back to first location where they then assign you a shuttle that takes you back to your hotel. Overall, my wife and I had a great & safe experience and would definitely do it again!

Great Time! - We had a great experience first time ziplining and ATVing. Chino was our guide throughout and he made us feel comfortable and well cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. All the other staff were excellent as well. Would recommend this to anyone! - Mil Gracias! - Steve and Debby from Canada

Caring for customers - One of the employees who's name was raul, he was worried and giving some extra attention to my kid that got a slight injury, he did make sure that the kid will finish the course and will have fun after the incident. And i really do appreciate the concern.

Booked for ATV experience. DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE!! - So we booked this package strictly for the ATVs. We didn’t care about the zip lines. Well when we get there we are IMMEDIATELY accosted to upgrade our package for $50 a person. I asked what’s the perks? They said all you can eat tacos and drink. I said well we are here for the ATVs. And he said well you are at right place. The $90 package only gives you 25 mins on ATV but if you upgrade you will get 45 mins. After the zip lines (which were fun) we get on these really old ATV and head down this dirt road that is NOTHING but potholes. I mean NOTHING BUT POTHOLES!!! We circled around this track. And we’re done in 18 mins!! So we didn’t even get the minimum of 25 on the original package. And NOWHERE near the 45 mins promised. Well before we headed to the Cenote. I asked to speak with the manager who just happened to be the salesman you pushed this extra $50 a person on us for a total of $100 extra ontop of the $218 we paid. We acted baffled as to why it was shorter . Keep in mind this small track you would have to circle it three or four times to get that 45 minutes. I’m with the amount of potholes and jutting rocks on the track extremely dangerous! There wasn’t anything to see when you’re driving and even if there was the track is so bad that you have to keep your eyes down at your feet pretty much make sure you don’t hit a stone or a huge pothole. I’ve been all over parts of the world ridiculous. Well, the manager says “well continue have a good time at the cenote and we will take care of you when you get back “. The ride to the cenote was horrible. I mean it was as if you were driving off road and in the back of a big old open truck with wooden seats. Now the private Cenote was beautiful. And worth the extra money to avoid the larger public one. Needless to say when we got back, there was no manager to be found no recourse for the scam of paying that extra $50 for the extra time on the ATVs we never got . I think it got to us more that the man just outright lied to our face about the amount of time we would ride on the ATVs when he knew that that was the only reason we were there.. In the future, we would have to do more due diligence on these places and find some dedicated ATVs tours.

Fun Excursion, but Beware of Constant Upselling - The actual excursion was fun and enjoyable, but be prepared for constant attempts to drain your money. Here are some key points from my experience: - Upon arrival, we were pressured to upgrade to a premium package for an additional $40 USD. The main selling point was that the cenote would be private instead of public, with claims that 127 customers would be attending. In reality, customers were divided into smaller groups for activities, and there were only about 15-20 people in the cenote at a time. - We were not allowed to bring our cellphones or belongings to the excursions, as they claimed their own photographer would take photos. These photos were then sold to us for about $25 USD per person. When we declined, they offered a reduced price of $20 USD per person, clearly showing their aim to profit from us. - The included snacks consisted of two tacos at the end of the meal. They then tried to persuade us to buy more food and pushed for tips if we didn't purchase additional items. - There was a $10 locker fee, with $5 refunded at the end. However, the tour guide strongly encouraged us to give the $5 refund to him as a tip. Overall, while the activities themselves were enjoyable, the constant upselling and pressure to spend more money were off-putting. If you decide to go, be prepared for these tactics and plan accordingly.

Unprofessional Photographers - Had a negative experience with the photographer Paparatzo Extreme. Members of our group of 47 people tour wanted to buy photos two days after the trip. The price was $15 per photo or $50 for the group. They told us if many people wanted to buy, then the price would go down. However when I reached out that I wanted to buy two photos, the price changed to $25 per photo. I offered to pay $30 which was advertised, but they declined and said $50 or no photos. Another member in our group negotiated with the same guys down to $40 for all the photos he was in. When I asked for the same deal, it was not possible. Long story short, be careful with the photography team at this place.
