Good tour - Last weekend, my girlfriend and I took an amazing tour in Puerto Morelos. The tour included exploring a cenote, ziplining, and riding ATVs. It was an incredible experience, packed with adrenaline and offering a fantastic opportunity to discover the Mayan jungle. We chose individual ATVs, which made the adventure even better, as each of us fully enjoyed the thrilling ride. The tour was exceptionally well-organized, and we both had an unforgettable time.

Adrenaline, and wild experience - I took the ATV, Cenote, and Zipline tour in Puerto Morelos, and it was an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, the tour was well-organized and packed with excitement. The ATV ride through the lush jungle was exhilarating. The guides ensured our safety while allowing us to have a thrilling adventure. The trails were fun and challenging, making the ride even more enjoyable. The cenote was a hidden gem. Crystal-clear waters provided a refreshing break from the heat, and the chance to swim and explore the cenote was a highlight of the trip. The natural beauty of the cenote and its surroundings was simply breathtaking. The zipline portion of the tour was the perfect way to cap off the day. Flying through the treetops gave us a bird’s-eye view of the stunning landscape below. The staff was professional and made sure we felt secure throughout the entire experience. Overall, this tour is a must-do for anyone visiting Puerto Morelos. It offers a perfect mix of adventure, nature, and relaxation. Thanks to the tour company for creating such a memorable day. Highly recommended!

Book ittt! You won’t regret! - I’m not too sure why some people were complaining about anything! This was great! Super fun and they make sure that you are safe and enjoying yourself! If you’re on vacation then you should expect to pay a few extra bucks for pictures! The food was good and fresh! The pictures came out great and it was our first time doing ATV’s!

Honeymoon - Cancun - AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! The ATVs were exciting, zip lines were a rush & the Cenote was beautiful đŸ€©The day well spent meeting new people& tasting local the TEQUILA!!! Please be sure to read the fine print about convenience fees (5%) when paying with credit/debit card & know that there’s a $30 US/per person conservation fee, $6 locker charge, $7 insurance that is not mentioned when booking
But don’t say I didn’t tell you Lastly, all the people involved with the tour are kind & help until the end, when they become nonchalant about your departure, aggressive about tips & the form in which you should pay, but transportation is rude and very inconsiderate.

Just ok - Just ok. Wasn’t over the top. Down was waiting for transportation going and coming. Do wish the additional 30 per person was posted clearly. Would have went with a different vendor.

A good but maybe overpriced, slowly paced time in the jungle - Overall, it was a good experience. However, the activity was inefficiently run and resulted in us being out there all day. Not a lot of time on the ATVs and barely any time at the gorgeous Cenote, too much time on the zipline. But then again, I don't like ziplines that much. The staff clearly enjoy what they do and are very friendly. But the downtime could've been lessened. Also, we were charged an extra 30 USD in the conservation fee upon arrival, while the guests who booked through their hotels paid a higher price upfront. When we asked what the fee was, we couldn't get a concrete response. I guess the price on TripAdvisor just isn't the total price, because idk if I would've paid that much for what we got if it was listed on the site.

The best part was the Cenotes - Felt like they had extra/hidden fees. From suggesting being strapped sandals to closed toed shoes, when we got there we had to have closed toed! So we had to buy water shoes $50, the we had to pay $7 or $9 for a locker bc we weren’t aloud to have our phone. An extra $60 for som environmental fee. Then had to pay $7 for insurance for anything we break. That was fine but none of these things were in the description! We zipped line around the main area then went on a 4 wheeler ride to the cenotes. The pictures and description made it sound more adventurous then what it really was
