Excellent multi-activity tour - The tour began with snorkeling activity in Puerto Morelos. The staff was very informative, attentive at all times and even when I was alone, I always felt accompanied, the staff was very attentive and also the group with which I shared the adventure was great. Our guides Mike in the snorkeling, Flash and Jorge in the park were very fun, attentive to the needs of the group and encouraging us not to miss any details. Super recommended for a day full of action without so many people or long lines. Very delicious food, very clean place and excellent service.

Good times - This was so much fun and the people there were so nice. We did the cenote, zip lining, ATV and dinner with a show. My favorite was jumping and swimming in the cenote and the zip lining.

Fantastic time! - What a fantastic day! Snorkeling on the reef was so amazing! Warm water! Great guides! Cenote is a cool experience! Refreshing water for the brave souls who want to jump in! Next was zip lining which was my favorite part! Great course and George (of the jungle) was an excellent guide! Onto the ATV’s for some more xtreme adventure! All in all a fantastic experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a great excursion!

Fun Experience - Loved the experience. We did the super combo and VIP. Johnny and Flash were great! THE ATVS and zip lines were super fun. The only thing I hated was that we paid for VIP and only got a little while in the private cenote before being told to go eat and it was supposed to be unlimited tacos but just not enough time to really get endless tacos. I wish there was more time for that but it was fun while it lasted and the tacos were delicious. I would definitely still pay for the VIP, though. Can’t imagine what it was like in the public version.

Overall Great Experience!!!! - All the tour guides were Great/Amazing very helpful! Snorkelling was super fun, the tacos after were delicious. The zip line was super fun. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE ATVs, DUE TO THE POOR MAINTAINENCE. For example the atv I was riding was hard to stop, it only had front brakes, and the left front brake caliper bolt was broken. They gave me another ATV that was hard to stop as well. After the ride all 4 of my family members expressed they experienced the same issue...HARD TO STOP. THE ATVs NEED TO BE REPLACED WITH BRAND NEW ATVs. I WOULD SUGGEST PURCHASING THE PRIVATE CENOTE! IT COMES WITH A TEQUILA TASTING THAT YOU DONT WANT TO MISS. IT WAS NOT ONLY BEAUTIFUL, IT WAS MORE INTIMATE TOO (approximately 14 people in the group). The cenote is a great experience for all swimming levels. The staff have life vest, there is a rope in the water you can hold onto or sit on, and staff are right there to assist if you feel uncomfortable. My wife is a non swimmer and was able to get in the water and enjoy the experience with the rest of the family. On top of all of that they provide a photographer that captures the moment for you and provides a good amount of pictures you can purchase if you like.

There are better options in Cancun - We booked through Viator and had multiple confirmations of a 9:30 pick up, but the tour operator changed it to 8:55. Since our confirmations said 9:30, we missed it and had to pay a $30 fee to change the date. Then we couldn’t do the snorkeling we paid for because of high waves (though I don’t blame them for that, it was still a bummer and not something I had considered, and I feel I should have gotten a refund) and the tour operators tried to make us take one double atv instead of two singles. And they don’t allow you to take phones/ cameras do that they have the only pictures, which they charge you $75 for. The unlimited food and drinks are a joke— warm margaritas and the most basic, dry, tiny tacos you’ll ever eat. The atv ride was fun because it was really rowdy— not like the slow, easy rides at other places. But the atvs were shockingly broken. Literally, the seats were not attached, the bodies were Frankensteined together with zip ties, and my gas tank leaked like a fountain onto my legs. You will also probably get burned on your calves. And they were super adamant that if you crashed the atv, you would have to pay for them because they aren’t insured. Seems like a set up. The zip lines were fun, but not as big as the ones at other parks. The cenote was nice too, but not very natural. At the end, the guide gave this speech that he and the other employees did not actually receive paychecks from the company and that they only got paid through tips, which made me wonder what my $300 went to since it certainly wasn’t park/ vehicular maintenance. I am pretty sure it was a lie to get people to shell out more money. Overall, we had fun, but we felt like we were being scammed and we would definitely not do this tour again.
