THIS WAS TOP NOTCH SERVICE !! All people on this tour were SUPERB!! - Our captain was a HOOT! All the 4 gentlemen were very engaging & accommodating!! This is a MUST- the young gal at the Marina - went outta her way to get my Mom a fresh coconut that had fallen off a tree out side & asked one of the workers to cut it open & put a straw in it & provided a cup to drain it- then took it back once it was empty to to eat the meat outta it! WAY ABOVE & BEYOND!!!

Beautiful & private Catamaran cruise! - OVERALL: We were very lucky to have sailed on a sunny day in August with only 9 adult guests onboard including ourselves (*not including the crew), given that they usually have around 15 guests. This is a TRUE BLUE CATAMARAN, which was critical to us because we love tanning on the net. Yes, this is the real deal; NOT the kiddy version (*context: our resort offered a "mini floater" version of a catamaran, which was a total joke, which is why we had to look on Viator for a real catamaran experience) or some alternative water vehicle, for which we were very grateful. The cruise to the sandbar went smoothly for us, and the sandbar was exactly as described in the photos and trip details (*for those expecting something different, it is not what you have in mind). We highly recommend this catamaran experience for those looking for a small group experience at a reasonable price. GETTING THERE: Even though the price came with a hotel pickup and dropoff, we had a rental car so we didn't need the ride and preferred a more private car journey to the dock at our own pace (*note that you will still be charged an additional USD 15.00/pax for the docking fee). The directions are not complicated on Google maps, but do be prepared for the bumpy and narrow roads leading to Marina Bonita if you're planning to drive. We also appreciate the great communication before the trip, but do expect that to happen only after the trip and full payment has been confirmed. FOOD: We also chose to bring our own food and snorkeling gear. The sandwich they provide onboard is a large and delicious one, and they also offered salad and fruit, but my husband has a weak stomach so we brought our own (*we even brought sea sick/digestive meds just in case, but didn't need to use them). The other guests all ate the food onboard and seemed to thoroughly enjoy it. AQUATIC: Snorkeling wise, we saw a school of very tiny silver fish in the crystal blue water, and the sandbar was shallow enough to feel safe to snorkel in, but deep enough to have a good swim and feel you're really out in the open sea. Even though August is "seaweed season" in Cancun, it was still gorgeous. Just be prepared for the extremely salty sea water if you plan to dive and swim and are not accustomed to it. Goggles can go a long way even if you're not a snorkeller. ACOUSTICS: Do bring your own ear pods and music if you're very specific about that. Two guests had to resolve their differences in music preference on our way back, which could have been avoided if everyone just brought their own listening equipment instead of relying on the boat's. CREW & SERVICE: The crew was very helpful and polite, as well as fun and personable. They offered to take photos for us, were attentive to our needs onboard, and didn't pressure us or mock us for the amount we chose to tip at the end, even though we've read that other companies may have crew members that do harass their guests for tips. We love that our crew members were experienced, classy, and dedicated. RECOMMENDATIONS: We highly recommend the company to replicate the beautiful experience we had by: 1) Limiting the group size to no more than 15 guests, and adults only if possible; 2) Including the docking fee in the price; 3) Reminding guests to bring their own music & listening devices onboard.

Beyond Exceptional Boat Trip!! - We went for a dual bachelor/bachelorette trip (13 people), and had an amazing time! The staff exceeded every expectation we had for them. Each staff member was courteous and friendly. They even danced with us. From the view to the boat ride, everything was superb. They took us to an isolated sandbar, and the the water looked beautiful and felt fantastic. There was no lack of room, drinks or food. I would highly recommend this boat trip to anyone looking to have a great time.

Fabulous way to spend an afternoon - What an awesome trip! Best way to spend an afternoon. Having done the same thing in several other countries, this team did not let us down. Probably due to the time of year there were only 6 of us on the catamaran giving it a feel of a private charter. Unassuming crew that looked after us well, making sure our 9 & 11 year olds stayed safe at all times. Simple but tasty lunch, free flowing drinks. Beautiful scenery- what more could you ask for!

Great sailing experience! - EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! We were picked up at our resort in a nice shuttle. Checked in at nice office near the dock. The boat crew are very attentive and friendly. Drinks flowed as they played music as requested by the guests. I needed a gluten free lunch and they made me FOUR yummy GF sandwiches. The sailing was smooth. We anchored at a beautiful sandbar. There were NO other boats around! This was a much better sail than to Isla Mujeres! I only wish that I had brought more cash to tip the crew, driver, etc as they were wonderful! We would definitely do this again!
