Worth your time - An amazing day! Such beautiful scenery and so much fun doing the activities at each cenote. If you have bad knees I would think hard about doing this excursion though. Quite a few stairs to get out or to the cenotes.

Cenote Outdoor Adventure - The Xenotes tour was amazing! They drive you to 4 different private cenotes, and each has a different activity like ziplining, kayaking, snorkeling, etc. I was expecting a simple guided tour with some swimming but this was really an outdoor adventure! Our tour bus had 15 adults and our guide Liz picked us up straight from our resort in playa mujeres (for a fee, worth it). They provided a breakfast snack at the first cenote, and a make your own sandwich lunch at the third cenote, along with drinks. They also provide towels and gear, so all you really need is watershoes, your swimsuit and cover up, and a waterproof phone case if you want to take your own pics, but there is a photographer on the tour taking great shots. The activities all felt super safe and the guides were knowledgeable, and they even give you some different options if you wanna try some fun tricks on the zipline. SO glad we had this experience instead of trying to find a good cenote or 2 on our own, definitely worth it.

Great experience but language barrier - The driver picked us up from our hotel in Cancun. Then took a group of about 20 young Mexicans. About 1 hour drive, very quick explanation in English then everything in Spanish. We clearly felt left out with the language barrier. Apart from that great experience succession of 4 cenotes in the jungle. Need to get back in the minivan between each. The first abseil down a chasm then jumps. A small coffee snack then 2nd a little tour in Kayaking from 10-15min then swim in a water lily basin. 3rd several zip-line jumps great! Followed by a good and hearty meal. And last cenote swims and jumps in a large pool. natural with waterfall. Our things stay in the minivan during all the activities. We wish we had been warned to take our spare clothes before we made the last note. Because we could change in the toilet. So we came back in wet suits for an hour drive to our hotel.

Great except for the bus rides - My fiancée and I had the opportunity to explore the breathtaking cenotes, and I must say, the experience was truly unforgettable. The swimming , zip lining and snorkeling were fantastic, allowing me to appreciate the natural beauty of these stunning formations. However, my experience was somewhat marred by the bus journey in between cenotes. Unfortunately, a loud group behind us consistently disrupted the peaceful atmosphere, loudly singing and randomly shouting 'Tequila!’ This behavior was particularly frustrating for the couples seeking a relaxing experience, rather than a party bus atmosphere. At the end, more than half of the bus was asleep and they continued becoming even louder squawking like birds and continuing to shout. It was literally non stop and I think they may have been drunk? To enhance the overall experience, I suggest implementing measures to maintain a respectful ambiance on the bus, perhaps designating quieter sections or encouraging considerate behavior. Despite this, the cenote exploration itself was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to nature enthusiasts and those seeking adventure.

Scam with the photos - Beautiful park and great guides. But I feel conned. On 9/19 I made Xenotes with my family. We bought the photo pack. The app and website do not recognize the download code. Nobody answers my claim. I got ripped off for $125. Shame on you!
