Cenotes at Xcaret - Excellent tour - Wow! What an excellent experience. This was our first time at Playa del Carmen and going to the Cenotes. We had an excellent bilingual tour guy, his name is Noe aka; "El Gordo". The tour exceeded our expectations; they focus on safety and ensuring you are always well taken care of. The staff does not cut corners with safety and that gave us lots of confidence to participate in all activities. The tour provided a quick breakfast with hot chocolate, coffee, fruit, and pan dulce. At the end of the tour, you get a nice meal, including hot soup to keep you warm. This is an all-day activity, the staff will provide you with one clean towel at the beginning of the tour and another dry and clean towel at the end of the tour. Restrooms are kept clean and they ask tourists to keep the areas clean too. It is recommended you bring a set of clothes to change at the end that way you are not cold on the way back to the hotel. Overall, this is a great tour, ask for Noe or Rene. Rene was the tour guy for my daughter and cousin, and he took good care of them and made sure they had fun.

Family excursion - Really fun way to spend a day with family. 11 year old to 65 year old grandmother had an absolute blast. Tour was everything it said it would be. We had a wonderful guide Elise or Elize (sorry). She definitely made the trip awesome. 4 different cenotes to try, cliff jumping, snorkeling, zip line. Every was cover and had us bad by 5 to the resort.

A total blast! - We had so much fun! Noe was an excellent tour guide and made it fun and informative! The group was smaller - about 15-20 people - and we stayed together the entire time which was fun. Starting with kayaks, moving onto swimming, zip lines, water slides, cliff jumps - we did it all and had a blast. The cenotes were amazing! Lunch was great and included drinks. Very memorable trip!

Full day of FUN!! - We had an awesome time on this excursion! I booked it as part of my guy’s birthday trip to Cancun. He can’t swim and he participated in every activity. We loved our tour operator Angel, the radio monkey. It was a great day! Do it!!

AMAZING Cenotes Tour! - Truly one of the BEST tours we have ever taken! Our driver/guide Noe was phenomenal. His attention to detail was superb, he was engaging, had an excellent choice in music, and was a pleasure to have on this tour. The cenotes we visited were great! It was 4 in our party (2 adults, 8 yr old, and 10 yr old), and we still can't stop talking about how much fun we had. Cliff jumping, kayaking, ziplines, water slide, rappelling, and more! HIGHLY recommend this tour.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! - AMAZING! Worth the $150 usd. DO NOT bring glasses or sun glasses... you won't need them and the will get lost in the water. NO sunscreen as it's natural water and you can't put chemicals from sunscreen in it. WEAR water shoes, no flip flops as they will come off! Kayaking, swimming, water slide, several zip lines, snorkeling. 4 xenotes.

Great time with Xenotes - We had a blast! Went on vacation for 5 days in Puerto Morelos and we'd heard about the Cenotes tours but didn't understand what they were. We had a blast! We took 5 people all of us adults but there were many kids there. My dad went, he's 75. You can jump from rocks and zip line into these cenotes or you can easily walk down some stairs into them. Were some water shoes! Our guide Joshua was great. Funny, historical and gave us great fact and tips about the cenotes. Thanks Josh!

Beautiful Cenote Adventure - This was a fabulous experience! It could get a little chilly at times, but so fun and beautiful and this group helped avoid large crowds. Also, a yummy lunch! We did order photos and haven't received those yet.
