A must see tour! - Amazing experience! Get ready for a 12 hour day! However, it is so worth it!! The cenote I could have done with out! But the pyramids park and the town was amazing! So worth it! It was hot so make sure you drink water! The restaurant they take you to after was so authentic! If you have never take. This tour, I subject you don’t at least once! Also, the tour guide gives you so much info! It was top notch!

Great tour - Everything was great about the tour including the guide and driver. One complaint is that on the bus there is not enough room for tall people in the seats.

Highlight of our trip! - We booked this day trip as we wanted to see the Chichen Itza and Cenote as part of our trip to Mexico. We selected this trip based on other reviews and were not disappointed! Our guide was Alfredo who was knowledgeable, friendly and kept us on time so that we could see all items on the itinerary. The coach was clean, comfortable and air conditioned. The large windows also allowed us to see the countryside outside as we travelled to the sites. The tour company gave clear instructions on timings for pick up and what to bring for the day (loose clothing, DEET, towel, sandals, snacks etc.).

The perfect Mayan Culture experience! - Luis, our guide, was fantastic! Really knowledgeable and shared so much about the Mayan culture, all while keeping the energy fun and friendly for everyone on the tour! His recommendations on photo spots and local treats made the experience even better! The weather was hot, but Chichen Itza was simply stunning - the Cenote was a perfect way to cool off and refresh, and the tequila tasting was phenomenal! - Oh! And the cheese ice cream is not to be missed!

Communicative and Fun - Our guide Cesar was great. He was very informative and communicated with us consistently so we knew what to expect. The cenote was amazing - huge and so beautiful. Buffet was also delicious. Though I’m about 100% sure the “artist” made trinkets sold at our first stop are the same sold at Chitchen Itza, the turtles we got are still cute.

Poor local operator - Poor local operator. They changed our agreed pick up time at 9pm the night before without our consent and the new time is out of the advertised time frame. We had a hard time communicating with the operator to cancel the trip. We were then in contact with Viator customer care and they agreed with the refund as the operator violates the advertised terms. We are still waiting for the refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OPERATOR.
