Great trip all round - Fantastic experience all round. Booking was made easy by Teresita Banuelos with all of my many questions answered. Then the scuba diving was great. We had mixed ability in the group with 2 first timers but training was completed comprehensively & confidence gained by all. We had 2 dives which were easy & fun but I would say that sadly the actual coral reef in Mexico is quite damaged and dead but that didn’t impact all the wonderful fish we saw. I think overall very good value for money.

Fun and relaxing - The kids loved the turtles. Our guide Gonzalo was able to find several turtles . The Cenote was refreshing and the water was incredibly clear. The kids loved the fish pedicure! Great way to spend half a day. Did not have to be a strong swimmer to snorkel in either place. The small group was nice because the guide was able to be informative and attentive.

Turtles, caves & beach. - Getting started with our business would not have been possible without Alan's Garduño (Royalton Chic Cancún) invaluable help. He offered us a host of activities in very detail. If you want someone who knows the region perfectly and what activities can be done there, this is THE person I will recommend to you. The activities are perfect with a very professional guide. I recommend this activity without hesitation.

AWEFUL AND UNSAFE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT DO THIS TOUR. NOT SAFE. If someone, who may not be the most physically fit is interested in doing this, there are a variety of safety hazards that need to noted. Dangerous surroundings, if someone falls, unable to safely get out of the surroundings. Can easily crack their toes or feet on the hard surfaces,
Because we did 2 all day excursions with this "brutal" tour company, told us that lunch would be provided; normally lunch ought to be between 12 pm and 2 pm. We weren't served lunch until 3:30 pm !!!! Very bad tourist lead.
