We did everything they offered! - Flanco and Mario were great! Lunch was good. Pictures were great. The shuttle on the back back was the down side. Waited an hour 😫 but other than that it was a great fun filled adventure

So Much Fun - What a day!! They provided transportation from the hotel for a fee. From there we went to the Zip Lines first, and we truly enjoyed that as it was both our first time. The lines weren’t so high or long so it is great for beginners. Then to the ATV trek that was amazing fun. We ride in a group of about 15 ATVs for roughly a mile and then back. From there we got on horseback for another roughly mile long trek through the jungle. Only 4 people went in this part of the tour. After that we took a dip in the local Cenote. A beautiful cavern with chilly water, but perfect for a hot day! They took photos of all the activities and provided all the safety gear. A Great Day!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Best tour in Mexico - Without a doubt the best experience we had in Mexico, the staff was very nice and pleasant, the food was simple but delicious, the cenote is beautiful and you can take amazing pictures, we definitely want to go again, the service is sensasional, if you have the opportunity do it and book with them they are very good!

Fun adventure - We had a wonderful, adrenaline filled time! Flak was great as our tour guide. Santi was funny and informative during the tequila tasting. The ATV ride was wild, and the cenotes were refreshing!

Great adventure! - So many excursions with this one package. The only regret that I have, if you went horseback riding your swim was cut short.

Excursion and Guides - Great. Transportation - A Nightmare. - I am going to break this review into 2 parts to make sure recognition is received where it should: 1) The tour itself and our guides - Awesome. George and his crew were great. Very friendly, attentive, and patient. I admired his diplomacy as some of the members in my group were a handful and quite vocal about part of the experience that was not within his control (I will get to that, but I have to emphasize that it was not at the fault of our guides). They took lots of great pictures and videos during the ziplining and ATV rides. We had about 15-20 minutes at the Cenote. This may sound short, but the water is very cool (yet refreshing) and was just the right amount of time given you are treading water most of the time if you don't pile onto the platform. Make the jump, by the way...! The overall excursion part deserves 5 stars. 2) Transportation and Communication on Logistics - Awful. We were messaged the night before that we would be picked up at 11:30-11:35. The van was a half an hour late. It was about 3/4 full, only to be told that we had to make more stops to pick up more people. The two hotels that we had to go to were very far out of the way and off a beaten path, so it added almost an hour on to the trip to the venue and we could hardly fit everyone in the van. It was hot, people were vaping on the van and the windows would not open. It took us nearly 2 hours to get there when the venue was only about 1 hour away. There were several complaints and were told that we would have 2 vans take us back to break up the routes on the way back. Since we didn't get there until after 1:30, we didn't eat the "lunch" until after 5:00PM. Many people were beyond hungry. When we went to leave, there was only 1 van to take us back...again. The one rep insisted that we only get one van until a few of us made a real stink, at which point they gave in and secured 2 vans, making the trip home about 1 hour. I felt so bad for George and his crew, as well as the driver of the van, as they received some of the shrapnel for this, but it really fell on whomever coordinated the transportation. Tips for these great guides were withheld unfairly. What was supposed to be a 5 hour tour per trip advisor turned into a nearly 8 hour trip when all said and done as we arrived back at the hotel at 7:30PM. Some of the group's dinner plans, etc. were disrupted and/or lost. Overall, very bad form. I will give 1 star since we did indeed get 2 vans at the end.

Safe and code of conduct from guide to review - The ATV activity is not safe at all.2 people in the group lost the tire of their ATV. One falls down. And me I almost fall down.the route holes are filled by stone. It was inconsolable. On top of that I did not like that In the description that we pay for scarves and cadenas. it was not included. For the amount we paid Cardenas should be included or at lease prevent the tourist. I chose a guide in French but he does speak French.on top of that the guide forces us to give them tips and reviews.I did not like it

Never got to experience it. - I booked the tour the day before, received a confirmation email, and they never arrived to pick us up. We waited from the scheduled pickup time of 8:00 am until 9:30 am outside our lobby. No email or phone call. I tried calling but only got an automated message and tried reaching out through the app.
