Wonderful - Our tour guide Willie was amazing. All the staff were extremely helpful and polite. The experience was extremely pleasant and enjoyable. The gift shop too has lovely souvenirs. The restaurant has courteous staff. This company is definitely recommended 👌

Great time - My family and I had the best time. The staff that went with us (gabby, chino, and brandon) went above and beyond to enhance our experience. There were so many more employees that helped us throughout our experience. It was all amazing. Highly recommend this place!!!

Awesome Day!! - Fun day! We were with a large group and they kept us very organized. Staff was very friendly, we had a great time with Chino, Brendan and the rest of the staff!!

Zipline and cenote swim - Really great for my 10 year old and 7 year old. They said it was their favorite part of the trip. We went with Paco and another guide both were super friendly and helpful. All the guides seemed really nice. It was worth it for my family.

Amazing arenaline filled afternoon in the pouring rain, in the jungle! - My family and I are currently in Cancun, at Club Med. I really wanted to see if there were any fun ziplines nearby. I came across this place yesterday and booked it for today. We had the best time...thrills galore on the ziplines... even though it began pisssssing down 🤣🤣 From the ziplines, we were driven to the cenote, where we were all able to jump in from a platform 20ft from the water....great fun....the water was refreshing. Fabuuuuulous place to hang out. My son, age 11, had the best day...lots of fun memories. You're given the sales spiel when you're checking in, to buy their photo package, which unfortunately is a complete rip off...$25 for one digital pic....or $140 for all....errrrrm NO! So we just have lots of happy memories to take away with us. This was the only negative. If it was more reasonable, i might have considered buying a few. Hugo was our guide. Lovely guy...lots of fun throughout the tour. Lunch was yummy and included in the price. I'd highly recommend booking here....we didn't bother with the atv's as we've ridden b4 and didn't fancy getting drenched with mud.

Amazing zip lining and swimming in natural water - Amazing Amazing..had a fabulous time on the zip lines. It was started heavily raining. This made it even more fun! The cenetos was totally cool..loved jumping in to the water. I didn't think I would do it..but it was cool!! Hugo was a lot of fun and made it even better

First time ziplining - I really loved my time here! Chino and William were really good host and made sure we all had fun. Everything about there services here was great. I like how they ensured everyone was well equipped and knew everything there was to know about what we were doing. Grandmas cooking was also really good at the end. That’s a good perk to this amusement park they feed you after all the festivities

Can’t miss opportunity visiting Cancun looking for adventure. - This place was awesome from Beginning to end. Chunk and his team of experienced guides treated our family great from the moment we arrived and made our nervous kids comfortable doing things that were a little more adventurous than they were expecting. Top notch experience with this facility and team. Give chino a promotion!

Chino and Willie made our adventure perfect - Took my mother in law here to celebrate her 70th birthday. We had an absolute blast! Chino and Willie were fantastic guides. Both very professional while also making sure we had fun and lots of laughs. The rest of the staff was very friendly and professional as well. The location has a very strong Indiana jones vibe that is really cool. Zip lining felt extremely safe and well run. Zipping by the trees over and through the jungle is the best way to do it! The Cenote is a super neat swimming hole with plenty of options to dive in and they give you more than enough time to relax there and really soak it in.
