Great tour guides, post activity experience could be better - We were 2x couples. We had the buggy, zipline, tequila tasting and Cenote experience. Pablo did a fantastic job at being our guide. The buggy was great with some mud as it had rained a bit on the day. Zip lines were fine and Cenote was ok. Tequila tasting was good with some nice titbits from the expert. Can't fault the guides and the expert for the experience it was great. Just some points for the venue to consider and visitors to note to make the experience better: - don't be scared into buying all the kit they sell at the start. There is quite a lot of scaremongering so you buy the special shoes, the ski masks and bandana. A pair of shades will do, normal shoes if you don't mind them getting a little muddy are fine (esp if you are in the buggy) and if you can buy a bandana elsewhere please do as they are expensive at the venue. - after the experience we were rushed off the premises and this is shortly after the waiter had sold us a combo with 12 margaritas. There was no way we were going to finish them before having to leave. It was a bitter finish to what has otherwise been a good day out. A shame given the amazing work the guides esp Pablo had done.

It was fun, but the hour being held captive at the end was not - The adventure was fun! Employees were great/enthusiastic. The end was not good. Didn’t like being help captive for an hour while they tried selling food/drinks/pictures to you. Didn’t sign up or pay to spend more money to purchase food or drinks! And there isn’t a snack. One bite of something is not a snack! Disappointing way to end a fun afternoon
