We are not responsible for forgotten or lost items on the tour, transportation, lockers, seats. Make sure you don’t forget your personal belongings when getting off the transportation
Guests who are in Playa del Carmen only apply at one time: 09:30 am
The pick-up limit is the Playacar area Playa del Carmen, passing the Playacar area, you have to go to Coco bongo Playa del Carmen to board the transportation
If they are odd people, a 10 usd upgrade will be paid for one person because they would use an ATV

Very fun day - Very fun experience! There was 3 activities that we did (ATV, Zipline and a Cenote). Phones are not allowed only in the Cenote activity. They take pictures of you zip lining and riding the ATV and you can purchase the pictures afterwards!

Horrible experience - The was the absolute worst place to do any excursions in Cancun. The staff was extremely rude and arrogant. The food was garbage. The ATVs are old and they did not function properly. The trail was filthy full of horse crap. The crew was inattentive and didn’t help our group out when we did the cenote part of the tour. Please do not spend your money with these people because you will be disappointed and upset. We had a party of 10 the amount of money we spent was not worth it. The photographer was rude, disrespectful, and cocky. He wanted to charge our group $300.00 for pictures and videos that he was going to Airdrop to us. Now make that make sense. None of the photos were printed so why is it $300? That does make sense. Again I say, do not patronize this business.

Horrible - I never got to go on my tour. My friend gf and I were celebrating our 1 year anniversary. We were super excited. After booking the trip there was no location. So we contacted someone and they were really helpful. They drop a location where we were supposed to be but it was the wrong location. Being in the middle of nowhere we couldn't contact anyone so by the time we could contact someone is was already to late. We asked for a refund but was denied. We didn't want the money back we wanted the experience. We wasted time on our vacation for nothing and you guys can't even give a a refund . It was your fault not ours. Thank you
