Excellent time - We had a great time. It was my first time zip lining and they said something that put me at ease. I and found that zip lining is so fun and easy. Our tour guide Gio was excellent. He explained everything well and made sure everyone was safe and had a great time.

First time experience 10 out of 10 - Mr. O was the best his energy matched perfectly with the selected group. He was very informative and creative with explaining all activities even broke the fear of zip lining for us. He was totally a package part of our tour. Him and his crew was a delight from the ride to the Cenotes music was on point. Thank you for a great adventure.

Ebo and our Amazing experience - Ebo is the best tour guide I’ve ever had on any excursion and I have been to Dominican, Jamaica, turks and caicos, and even Honduras. He was so engaging and really knows the place well. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends. WE LOVE EBOOOOOOOOOO

Most memorable was the... - Most memorable was the cenote, I wish they would had let us stay longer, they said 20 mins but literally felt like 10mins 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹they should at least allow 30 minutes

A fun time, beginners will love zip line and ATV, 5 hours or more from pickup to drop off. - Had a great day all thanks to the staff. George of the Jungle was an awesome host and hilarious from start to finish while also being very professional and making sure everyone was having a great time. It’s a big operation with many groups coming through, up to 6 or more groups at a time. Started with Cenote, about half an hour there, it was beautiful in the water. Jumping off the cliff was fun. You rinse before to clean off oils and such, so you can go in the cenote’s natural water. Bring cash for tips. Bring a towel. Bring a change of clothes even, weather might leave you soaked! Zip line and ATV are great for beginners The tequila tasting was fun, awesome host and great tastes (6 total, micro shots) The two pork tacos were nice, you can buy alcohol and starters if you want You don’t need the mask and bag and eveything they sell for $30+ in bundles, if you come prepared. Water shoes would be nice and they sell them in a bundle but we just got our shoes dirty - we brought shoes specifically for excursion but I’d recommend buying their water shoes if you don’t come prepared. Only reason for 4 star is the return shuttle wasn’t as nice as the way there (seats were damp!), and the overall feeling of being around so many other people doing the same thing out at their place. Would’ve been nice to finish with cenote and have even 15 more minutes there as 30 isn’t much when you have to rinse, get in a life jacket and go down the stairs or wait in line for zip line/cliff jump (15 feet, it was fun) Thanks again to George and all the staff for really making the day fun! Especially on a rainy day.

Find something else - It was not great. We’ve been on a lot of excursions all over the world and rarely complain but this is one I would skip. It’s super commercialized. Everyone is constantly trying to sell something. Too many people and way too much waiting around. Zip lines are mid at best, the cenote is just a large pond and Atv’s just do 4 loops on a basic track around power lines in bad heat. It’s maybe 90 minutes of doing activities and 3.5 hours of waiting around. And the transportation to hotels had broken a/c. Find a better excursion.
