Wonderful service! - This is such a great company. The airport was chaotic but we followed the instructions given to us and met up with the right transport service and pickup and drop off both ways was organized, and they were on time. The driver was very courteous and was able to give us some information about Cancun and even offered bottled water and made sure we were ok as far as the a/c. I would definitely use this transport service again! Thank you!

Great and most of all Reliable transport service! - Great vacation at the Hilton all inclusive resort. Viator and Etransport made the trip easy with there timeliness for pick up transport service. Balan and Pedro were amazing drivers. I understand there are a couple of negative reviews and I was a little skeptical, however I had a great experience with them. If you follow the details and information sent to you once you purchase your ticket, you can’t go wrong. I will definitely use Viator and etransport services for cancun and for any other destination in Mexico again! Thanks!

Reliable Service - This is the 2nd time using eTransfers and it was just as good as the 1st. They picked us up at the car rental dropoff at Cancun airport, we drove in from Villadolid so we weren't sure of arrival time so there was a little delay there. Using whatsapp we easily reached them and were picked up for transfer to our Puerto Morelos hotel. Return was right on time with no issues for a quick return to Cancun airport.

Great service! - Would highly recommend this company for Cancun Airport transportation. Communication was excellent. They were very easy to find at the airport. Wait was short to get our ride. On return trip, driver was 10 minutes early. Very professional and pleasant staff and super easy booking process.

Good But Could've Been Better - The transportation experience was good. The drivers were friendly and professional. The communication about the actual shuttle service could have been better. We were given times, but no real contact person upon arrival to the airport or departure from our hotel. I had to call Viator two days before we were scheduled to leave to confirm our pick up. This call was made using my phone and paying for international rates for almost 20 minutes.

Horrible service, book somewhere else! - When we arrived the driver didn’t know where our Hotel was. He insisted he knew but we ended up having to tell him how to get to our hotel. On our departure they were at our hotel at 4:45am when our flight was at 7:45pm. So they said that we would have to book another transfer because it was our fault that they arrived at the wrong time. So we ended up just having their service upon arrival, we ended up having to pay another taxi to get to the airport on our departure. Their service is a scam and horrible and blames the customer instead of accepting their wrong. Don’t bother using their service, please find a more reliable one. I wish I would have read their reviews before booking with them. It seems that I’m not the only one this issue has happened too.
