First zipline and atv ride - We were picked up from el dorado royale hotel the trip from there to this place was like 40min and maybe 30min of bumpy road (dirt road) a lot of trees makes you think for a min where we going? So I suggest some drinks or something to help with the ride but when you get there you meet some of the nicest people very professional and can be funny at times keeps the stay very relax feeling and comfortable I suggest you go

Awesome - The ATV was the best part. Included a meal which was pretty good. The guy there made it a lot of fun. You could even sample some homemade tequila. The cenote was so beautiful and the zip line was short but it was fun. Definitely worth the trip.

Good excursion for the value - Overall good experience… Cenote is beautiful could use a little more lights… the atv ride was fun and bumpy I really enjoyed the zip lines. The picture guy did a good job capturing the experience. The staff were all great and friendly the only down side was the ability to get food… there wasnt many options.. I enjoyed my cheese quesadilla but would have loved more options.. I would recommend this experience. The price was right. Coming from Cancun it is a bit of a drive be prepared for about 60-90 minutes ride depending on the traffic

Adventurous but a far distance - The tour was amazing. Definitely adventurous and extremely fun. The only thing is the distance. Takes about an hour and half to get there and back thats if your on the hotel strip. Highly recommend you bring your own bug spray, eye glasses and face mask.

Way out in the BOONIES!! - The place is literally in the jungle; it’s about 45 to 1 hour from hotel zone; IT DOES NOT START AT 9 am !! If u get 9 am tour: the ATV’s ARE SO OLD! Although, the people at the place where we landed were very nice and courteous. Zip lining was ok.

Needs Improvement - Our tour experience was extremely janky & took our whole day. The ride to the excursion site was very bumpy. The van had no AC & the driver didn’t speak any English. The tour company-Jungle with Manny, Tony, Carlos & Brian needs a great deal of improvement. Although my husband purchased the $5 insurance per ATV for us there weren’t any instructions provided on how to operate the ATVs. I had to ask. The ATV riding wasnt long at all. Maybe 10-15 minutes. Definitely not the 30 to 45 minute ride promised. Zip lining area needs to be improved as there were missing steps and stairs guiding you to each Zipline site. No tour guide came down to the Cenote with us and I felt someone should have especially for safety reasons. The lunch was utterly disgusting. Of course there were other food options available for purchase. They gave us hot juice & hot water. $75-$90 for a bottle of Tequila during the tasting is ridiculous. The water in the bathroom area didn’t work to wash your hands. We were celebrating our honeymoon so we did spend $100 on our pictures but it totally wasn’t worth it. They make you put your phones up in the $5 locker so they can swindle you into buying their pictures. I don’t recommend the Jungle Tour company at all. Also please pay attention to what you book b/c they tried to get my husband to pay additional money for an ATV when we had proof that we purchased two single ATVs.

I GOT SCAMMED!!! - The booking took place but they cancelled the booking on the morning of the trip because there were not sufficient bookings. They were willing to book me for another day but we were already booked for other tours. I've called them several times and texted them on the status of the cancellation and refund. They read my messages and 24 hours later they have chosen NOT to give me any update on the status of the refund. I have text exchanges to prove that they're avoiding giving my money back to me.

Scam - I booked this about an hour and half before the excursion time hoping to still get the best of it. When it was time to get picked up I texted the guide to let me know when they were outside. The guide texted me that they could not pick me up considering I got my tickets in such short notice, to reschedule. I understood that considering I did book it considerably late, so I told him that I would meet them there to just send the location. He sent the location and we ordered an Uber there even though it was an hour away from where we were staying. When we arrived to the said location there was nothing there. We drove and drove around to see if we could find it and nothing. I had no service so I could not text the guide for any questions. We drove a few more minutes where we found a spot that does the same things and ended up doing the excursión there but had to pay again.
